Such a perfect stay here. I switched from a hostel that was awful and so glad I did. From the second I got here the staff was SO nice and welcoming. The room was great, the location is great, and they even put out water and coffee/tea for you all day. They also operate many tours and activities. I wish I had known this before booking before my trip so make sure you check them out first! Would def stay here again. Location can’t be beat.

Great location and wonderful staff! They were super accommodating and happily held our bags before check-in and after check-out. We stayed in the Cozy Queen Room for five days. If you can, I'd recommend spending extra for a room with a street view. The window in this room opens into the lobby, and since it’s a heritage building, there's no AC. The room had two fans, but it still got very humid and hot during our stay. It was also on the ground floor, but we didn't find the noise level too bad, and the hotel provides earplugs. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but next time we'd choose a hotel with AC. If you do stay here, you have to check out Panaderia Gala across the street! We went several times during our trip and loved enjoying pastries in the courtyard. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!
I booked this hotel and found myself incredibly underwhelmed. The rooms were dirty and unkept. The sink had soap scum still on it. Coffee spray on a plastic note. Mold in the shower. Water damage in the ceiling. The towels were aged in the sense that I would only use them for the dogs at home. Despite them advertising that it was newly renovated it was clearly given the landlord special with white paint on the furniture. I think the pictures on their website are generous. After laying in the bed and looking at my surrounding I decided to book somewhere else. They never offered a refund of any amount despite us leaving within twenty minutes. There was little to no walking room and the AC consists of two fans blasting in the place. I suggest booking somewhere else.
A fantastic and super chic boutique hotel in the heart of Roma. SUPER clean, great value and in the middle of all the action. I loved every aspect of my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. The highlight for me personally was meeting the staff who took care of this place - thank you Mauricio for the conversations we had on music, and for the lovely Spotify recommendations, to Adolfo for welcoming me in advance of my stay and lastly, my masseuse Talia. That amazing massage set me on the right path homewards and I cannot thank you enough. I hope we cross paths again.
The location is amazing! It is super walkable to so many places and it made it convenient to walk around and come back and drop stuff off. The hotel itself is really beautiful and the staff is really friendly and helpful. We left our bags for a few hours but they said you could leave them for up to two weeks which should be so helpful. The bed is really comfy. Our room was just off the lobby and was nice and quiet but it was very humid and very hot, and the window only opened into the lobby. They provide fans but it was still quite humid. Also when we were there the wifi went off for almost the whole day and are phones/laptops had no service so I had to go take a call from a nearby Starbucks. The shower was a bit moldy, probably because the room was so humid. Our room was a little small and didn't have a desk, but had a nice fridge. We might have just gotten not the best room because I'm sure if you have a better room it is a nicer experience
