Orchid House Mexico City

It was a nice stay. I love orchids and the lilies added an extra touch to the beauty of this place. The beds and pillows are comfortable. I had to open a roll of tissue paper and it had a floral smell to it. The aroma in the common areas is so relaxing. I was able to schedule an hour massage in my room, it was perfect. The restaurant Aura was great. The brick oven pizza was very good with a thin crust and fresh ingredients. The mocktails and cocktails were refreshing. They also had a bike or 2 available. A doorman is always available 24 hours to open the front gate and the entrance door. The service was excellent I did not give 5 starts because of the shower head, we could not control the pressure and water was spilling outside the shower. Overall great stay. It was a boutique hotel.

Horrible SERVICE! NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. Horrible stay and extremely disappointing service. This hotel presents itself as a nice hotel, but the room they gave me was completely unacceptable. After traveling for 12 hours, I was placed in a tiny, claustrophobic room right next to the reception area. It was incredibly noisy, and honestly, this room should never even be offered to guests. I immediately asked to change rooms, but they told me the hotel was fully booked. I then asked to cancel my stay and receive a refund because there was no way I could sleep in those conditions. They refused. I even offered to pay for one night or deduct booking fees, but they still would not help. The lack of empathy and customer service was unbelievable. After a long journey, the last thing anyone expects is to be stuck in an unbearable room with no support or solution from the hotel staff. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had one of the most memorable trips to Mexico City, and my stay at Orchid House was a big part of that experience. The service from the staff was truly top-notch, they were incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout my stay. Communication via WhatsApp made everything seamless, with requests answered within seconds. The hotel itself is stunning and beautifully reflects traditional Mexican design. The on site restaurant was also a highlight, with excellent food and drinks. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend staying here.

Orchid House Mexico City is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect and felt incredibly safe, and the room itself was stunning. The staff were remarkably friendly and attentive, making the entire stay wonderful. We truly can't say enough good things about this hotel!
