Novotel Mexico City World Trade Center

Kitchen staff was super friendly, especially Sergio. The food was good. I recommend adding the breakfast. Utilities are great, hot showers and clean water.

It is fine for one or two nights. The side and designed of the room makes it feel more like and Ibis Style than a Novotel. I asked for an early check in around noon and was told that I have to pay for half day, and only after I told them I am a Accor Gold member I was told that I was going to be able to gwt the room at no cost. They did not try to look at the status until I wrote them after that previous response. At the end, I got a room at a top floor around 11:00/11:30 when I arrived at the hotel. It is the smallest Novotel I've been. Location is good, just a cross the street from the WTC. 25/30 minutes from the airport. Bus is just infront of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants at a walking distance. It is a noisy area of the city so ask for a top floor.

I’ve stayed here for about 4 nights and I love it here! Best room! It has everything I needed! And the breakfast on second floor is fabulous and good variety! Thanks to the chef IRINA & the lovely SEEGIO! He’s been teaching me Spanish every morning I come in! Just amazing experience overall!

Stayed there one night before going to World Cup game with my friends. The location is ok, but in more modern part of the city, full of bland and featureless, mostly American brands. Prefer Polanco, Condesa/Roma Norte, that are much nicer. in my opinion. The check in and all interactions with the staff were friendly, but, surprisingly nobody spoke fluent English. Considering my rudimentary Spanish, it meant that I couldn't have "deeper" conversation, very basic only. The room was on a smaller side, but functional and clean, let's call it adequate. They have small bar area, quite basic, and not well stocked, and restaurant, nothing exciting. As ALL Platinum Member, I had a complimentary glass of red wine, poor quality, alas. Didn't care for the breakfast buffet that was included with my reservation, not the food I prefer to eat for breakfast. The service was quite nice there. The rate was very reasonable too. All in all, standard Novotel experience, 3.5 out of 5, not quite 4.
