Overall a good choice when visiting Mexico City. Love the location. Room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a fridge in the room but the staff assisted me by holding my medication in there fridge and labeling it and giving me a stub to retrieve it when needed.
Thanks to the the very helpful staff- Uriel, Sandra, Fatima and the night shift manager - the gentleman with red eyes. Amazing location, walkable to a lot of places. Pharmacies and Basic convenience stores right around the corner and a great shop-and-sip walk to Zocalo. 20-30m from the MEX Airport. Rooms are good although a little European cramped. Toiletries are meh. Breakfast is really neat, has all the basics. Great bistro staff.
Great location! Pretty central, easy access to subway station and touristic locations in CDMX. Rooms are clean and the service was great, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Lacks a fridge and a few amenities like toothbrush and razors etc. overall a great place to stay.
Good location close to historic center though not a high end neighborhood but it is safe. Cleanliness was decent. Breakfast was disappointing for a vegeterian customer. I would have skipped it if I knew vegeterian options are that limited. Helpful staff.
The rooms have no windows and no ventilation system from the bathroom, both the room and the shower are connected. So after showering it gets really humid inside the room. Breakfast is amazing! The employees are just incredibly nice! Had a really good time ❤️
