Very good location - the rooms are clean - pretty low price - so is the equipment. You even get a complementary breakfast. Maybe NIU can add 2$ to the price and make he breakfast a very little bit nicer. You can see, that the business is trying to keep the customers to take too much, but the presentation is very poor. They do not even have a green tea. With just 2$ more you can make it much nicer. I bought some additional stuff at breakfast - Chillaquiles were nice - croissant with ham and cheese: Everything artificial and not really nice. But in the end I say "Thank you for a free breakfast"

Super easy check in, they held my luggage while I waited for my new check in time elsewhere. Small room but great view and clean. Close to a lot of great food and coffee.

I made a reservation which didn’t show up in their system. But they knew they didn’t have rooms available. Yet they didn’t say this for an hour while I tried to get the platform I booked in to support me. Even if they sent over the documentation what point was there if you have no rooms. Absolutely wasted my time

Stayed here twice and have really liked it and will be back. The rooms that face the courtyard are quiet. They've been very helpful and provide great costumer service. The 2nd time I stayed, I'd booked a smaller room, which wasn't enough space for me and the gf. They were able to swap me to a larger room even at 3am. Much appreciated!
