The hotel is good, clean and the workers are very gentle but it looks old, the TV is smart but doesn't have internet (no streams). The weirdest thing: the gym only has equipment to training arms and back, no legs at all. It feels like it is a gym only for man.

This hotel is well located next to the huge shopping mall of Santa Fe. The room was clean and staff were polite. However based on how worn out the rooms are (grouting missing in shower tiling, rattling fixtures, scratched furniture throughout) I would not recommend. Staff also need a bit more training. Breakfast hot food was stone cold. Plates not heated and breakfast room not heated either meant breakfast area was cold and unwelcoming and any hot food when available goes cold instantly. They also lit half of the room only to avoid you sitting next to the window. I found that bizarre as it doesn’t mean more work for them. I was there for a whole week but would have cancelled if I had not been charged the full rate. Staff in breakfast room could be way more helpful. Espresso coffee machine not working at the bar and boiling water teapot blocked. Lousy and poor service when compared to other Minor hotels (I’ve been to Tivoli and multiple NHs) but then again the hotels around it seem to have similar issues. I bet management will respond to this message with the standard copy paste AI type ‘thank you for your feedback’ message, if at all, which sums it all up. Will definitely be back in Santa Fe but definitely not in this hotel, sorry!
Excellent service..specially Edith at the front desk!!! Karen was also very helpful. The front desk manager Mayeli was also very attentive and had a great attitude towards our recommendations. We will for sure return and consider NH hotel in Santa Fe as option for R&R.
It is somewhat of an old hotel, or maybe they just haven't invested money in remodeling it. Rooms are OK, clean as they should be. Don't expect free parking, they'll charge by the night around $6 USD. The breakfast buffet is terrible and overpriced. The complete experience at the hotel is overpriced for what it is.
Love the hotel! Breakfast was amazing, literally the best I had in years. Service and staff are just perfect: professional, fast, organized. COVID measurements are over the hill: I felt so safe during my stay! Next my visit to Mexico City will be definitely staying there.
