I had a wonderful stay at NH Reforma Mexico City, and I would especially like to thank Alberto and Roberto for making my breakfast experience so enjoyable. They were always incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel very comfortable every morning. Beyond their excellent service, I really appreciated their willingness to share their knowledge of local culture and traditions, which made my stay in Mexico City even more special. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a real difference to my experience. I am very grateful for the way they treated me throughout my stay, and I would particularly like to recognize them for their outstanding service. Thank you, Alberto and Roberto, for making me feel so welcome. You are a real credit to the hotel!

The location is convenient, but unfortunately, it is also extremely close to several bars. The loud music was unbearable every night and continued until 3–4 AM. If you’re a light sleeper or traveling with kids, I would not recommend this location. We asked to switch rooms, and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The music could still be heard, but it was at least more tolerable. We also opted out of daily housekeeping, so we requested extra towels. However, they would only provide one towel at a time, which meant we constantly had to call and request more. We also asked for hand towels and face towels, but there seemed to be a lot of confusion even after translating what we needed. When we finally received them, the hand towels were old and heavily used—and again, they only gave us one at a time. Another issue was the bathroom sink, which seemed to attract water flies. We had to constantly deal with them throughout our stay. The AC was also disappointing. We had it set to the lowest temperature, yet the room still felt warm enough that we would wake up sweating. While the staff did accommodate our request to change rooms, the overall experience was far from comfortable. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel, especially for families, light sleepers, or anyone expecting a quiet and comfortable stay
Ilse checked in on me during breakfast so I'm writing this review now. The hotel has been excellent. From a welcoming lobby, to the clean, well appointed rooms to the lovely dining room. The shower pressure is a stand out. Such a rare thing in my travels. The breakfast buffet is excellent. They switch it up every morning. The pride week spread of pan dulce was another standout. Excellent staff all around. Negatives: The AC in the room is weak for my taste. Couldn't get under 20 degrees. I ordered a room service pizza very late one night and... Go find something else anywhere around the block.
Perfect home base for a Mexico City weekend. The location on Liverpool in Juárez is unbeatable. It is walkable to Roma Norte and steps from Reforma. Staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay. We were having too much fun exploring the city to use the pool or speakeasy, but both looked amazing and are on the list for next time. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms and a great vibe overall. Would absolutely stay again.
Great location and a very pleasant stay. Any small issues or requests were handled quickly and efficiently by the staff, which made the experience even better. I also really appreciated the hotel’s sustainability program, where guests can receive a complimentary drink from the bar by opting out of daily housekeeping and helping save water. A simple but thoughtful initiative. Would gladly stay here again.
