Too many things to complain about this hotel. They first not appreciated my reservation with breakfast, even though I showed them the booking record, asking me to contact my booking agency which is difficult from abroad. I ended up having to take cake of my breakfast every day. The room is tiny with terrible design in space. I could barely open my luggage. The noise isolation is also terrible. My room was facing the street. Every morning at 6am the DHL company across the street starts to load their trucks and making continuous noise. One day I wanted to use the fridge, and found out they actually lock the fridge in room. I called the front desk and the person that they promised to come of courser did not show up. I called again, and they told me that I had to go to the front desk to pay a deposit fee. They’ll then unlock my fridge. This is how difficult it is just to open the fridge. Not to mention one of the two elevators was broken. The room card randomly didn’t work. The chair in my room was broken. And the front rotating door randomly not working…definitely not what you expected from what you pay for this “4-stars” hotel.

I would not stay here again! Great location if you want to be right in the middle of noisy Centro Histórico (which I do not recommend). The hotel is nice in terms of personnel. Everyone was very friendly; the restaurant's food isn't amazing, but the waiters are. My actual complaint is about cleanliness. The rooms were not very clean overall. They felt dusty, and the shower did not drain well and smelled bad. The bed sheet had blood stains, which were disgusting (photo attached). For all these reasons, it is WAY OVERPRICED!
A very nice, classic NH Hotel in Mexico City's historic district, right around the corner from the Zócalo. The location is perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is small but excellent; the selection isn't overwhelming but is perfectly adequate, with everything served in small portions. You are offered small smoothies during the meal, and by the second day, the staff remember your preferred drink—truly great and professional service. They have an outside area for breakfast too. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a tasteful, dark, and warm style, though there isn't much space for luggage. It can get noisy late into the night on weekends, as the party crowd is out and about. The rooms come equipped with an iron and ironing board, as well as a minibar and a mini-fridge. The two small elevators aren't the fastest, so a little patience is required. Otherwise, I found the hotel very pleasant and appealing, and I would happily stay there again.
Room was ok shower wasn't. Hot and cold and the shower itself is very odd, a plastic tray that leaks water into the area surrounding the shower is very odd. Area is fine but I wouldn't stay in this area again. The biggest issue is the checkout. Having to send an email to request a copy of the bill because the front desk can't do it is the strangest thing i have experienced. Food at the hotel was fine.
Hotel is fine. Staff is friendly. But I will not comeback for two reasons 1) there is no heating in the hotel. To vent the room it gets very cold, or to have a normal temp it gets very musty smelling. 2) there are constantly taxi blocking the entrance to the hotel. It makes it very complicated to get inside and it seems that if you are not using the taxi the bellhop doesn’t help with luggage. When I arrived the bellhop could not see I arrived bc the taxis blocking the entrance and when I left the receptionist asked if I needed a taxi. I said no and the bellhop did not help with with my luggage even thought he was at the receptionists desk not busy. I took one of these hotel taxis and they scammed me to top it off. Bad experience.
