Had a great stay at the NH collection ahead of a flight. The rooms are large, spacious and spotless. The bed was really comfortable, and each staff went above and beyond to help with issues, as there were a few. The location is unbeatable, right by Terminal 2 departures. It's not marked overly well, but if you look for signs for a hotel with an H, it should take you there. It's on the sixth floor. The place is huge and it took me a few minutes to get to my room. Given how enormous the property is, it's not very well marked. It took me a few tries to find the gym - maybe I wasn't the only one as it was empty! There is basic equipment, some a bit old and tired but everything needed for a quick work out. When I got to my room, the temperature was set to 15.5 degrees Celsius, and I found I could not get it to go higher than 17.5 (which is still way too cold for me). Someone came to look at it and said it couldn't go above that, but that we could turn it all off and that they could bring a heater instead, which they did. I was able to lower the temperature and get a great night's sleep as a result. Considering it's an airport hotel, I was really impressed how great the soundproofing was. I couldn't hear the planes at all. The shower was gorgeous, although the floor is quite slippery. They've put some strips of anti -slip material, but you still have to be careful. I was also impressed with the room service - it's varied and surprisingly reasonable, often more so than the other airport food in the area. One annoying thing is that they list all these apps on the 'smart tv' but then they say that for security, the TV can't connect to the internet, so you actually can't use any of them. Finally the staff was really great, always keen to go out of their way to help. I'd definitely stay there again in the future. And of course best thing was the late wake up as I was already in the airport!

The biggest advantage of NH Collection Mexico City Airport T2 is definitely its location. If you have a very early flight departing from Terminal 2, staying here is incredibly convenient. Being right at the airport takes away the stress of worrying about traffic or arranging transportation in the middle of the night. Overall, my stay was good and the hotel does exactly what you need it to do for an overnight stay before a flight. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, although some areas of the property are starting to show their age. In particular, I think the bathrooms could definitely use a renovation. They are functional, but they feel dated compared with the rest of the hotel, and updating them would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the buffet, but there is a Starbucks inside the hotel, which is very convenient if you just want to grab a coffee or something quick before heading to your flight. For me, convenience is what makes this hotel worth choosing. If I have another early morning flight from Terminal 2, I would definitely stay here again. You can wake up, get ready and head straight to the terminal without having to worry about transportation or Mexico City traffic. I’m also including two videos from two different rooms I’ve stayed in, so you can get a better idea of the rooms and what to expect.
Staying at NH Collection T2 was amazing. I had a layover for one night and it was the perfect location, especially since I had an early morning flight the next day. Easy to get to/from the Aeromexico terminal, and I also had a phenomenal dinner at the hotel restaurant. My server was Aaron Romero, and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Such a wonderful experience, thank you!
Had a flight cancellation last minute and I decided to book through third party site. Check in process was so quick and the staff was very attentive. The room was absolutely spacious and beautiful. Do not get me started on the breakfast buffet, it was delicious and had so many options. Unfortunately it is not included in the stay , you do have the option to purchase the breakfast buffet prior to reserving. But overall staff is wonderful and the location was right in the airport so my partner and I did not have to worry about moving luggage around. If I was in the area I would most definitely stay there again.
I gave 3 stars to the rooms because the plug in the tub wasn't working. I had to call housekeeping to have someone come to my room and show me how to open it and close it... using my fingers as tools. I also asked him to show me how to use the thermostat however, he informed me that the termperature wouldn't rise until after 10pm, it was about 6pm then. He set it up so that it would go up to 23 degrees Celsius, which is what I wanted, yet, I woke up at 3 am and the temperature was back at what it was when I arrived in the room. Other than this the check-in was very smooth and quick with Alberto Herrera answering all my questions in a very courteous manner. He seemed knowledgeable. The housekeeping guy was also very courteous and arrived to my room very fast after I called reception asking to send him over. Room service was also very good. Would I return? yes, absolutely. Although I arrived in Terminal 1 the ladies in the reception at the Hilton, which is located in that terminal, seemed completely uninterested in helping me. I knew the WH Collection was in T2 but I had read very good reviews so I decided to give it a shot and I have to say I had a very good night sleep and stay in general.
