Jw Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe

Room service took 1.5 hours. Each time I called to check I had to reorder. The shower pressure was terrible. Very poor lighting in the room. When mentioning these things to the front desk they simply said “ok”. Breakfast is fine.

Rooms a bit dated but adequate. Staff members are nice. Pool is well heated which is a good thing given it is outdoors and half uncovered. Though 720 pesos PER PERSON to use the sauna (?) - feels like a bit of a weird move for this JW to pull. Maybe they are scrambling for money - economy is bad for everyone huh.

Overall, the hotel was in a quiet location in Mexico City, with a mall conveniently located right next door. The spa was wonderful, and the service in the lounge was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, the billing experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel double-charged my credit card, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, it took nearly two months to receive a response and have the charges reversed. As a Titanium member, I was especially disappointed by how difficult it was to resolve what should have been a relatively simple issue. While the charges were eventually corrected, the situation was handled without any meaningful apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Overall, there were some excellent aspects to the stay, particularly the spa and lounge service, but the billing issue and lack of communication significantly impacted my experience.

Worst stuff imaginable very rude. Iv seen clearer Rooms at the holliday inn express. Not to mention the staff were part of trying to sabotage the england vs mexico game.
