Hotel Lepanto

I stayed here in 1994 and it was great. Clean, air-conditioned room with a great view, a working color television, functional plumbing, near El Centro. No complaints. I was out most of the time, so I didn't require much service.

Very close to "El Caballito", Reforma Avenue, and "Arco de la Revolución". The personel is nice and friendly. Beds are big and comfortable. They were remodeling by the time I've been there

This establishment is disappointing—definitely not deserving of four star. While the staff were generally pleasant, the stark difference between the images advertised online and the reality is glaring. Construction work adds to the chaos, and the building is outdated and in dire need of modernization. Spare yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. I cannot recommend staying here.

Had a lovely stay here, we had a late night arrival and were able to check in no problem. We had the Junior Suite and it looked exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, big shower, large area to open luggage bags. Rooms don't have AC but in late April it was still cool at night. Staff are also very helpful and responsive whenever help was needed, they provided a few bottles of water every morning which was great! Thank you for the pleasant stay!
