We stayed here for 3 nights. You can not fault the effort the staff make. It's a very small boutique hotel in a perfect location, with great design aesthetic. A rooftop bar with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nicely done albeit a little uncomfortable. The rooms are disappointing, small and noisy. The shower leaked water. We thought it was pretty expensive for what it is$500 a night seemed overpriced. I think $350 is fair for this. Lots of positives but I would be reluctant to return. I would look for other options

I highly recommend Hotel Dama in the Condesa neighborhood! It was honestly the perfect place to stay in Mexico City. The room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. I slept like a baby every single night! I also loved waking up to the gorgeous view of all the greenery and plants outside my window. Even the bathroom was thoughtfully designed, with the perfect mirrors for getting ready and outfit photos. The toiletries were another unexpected highlight. The shampoo and conditioner worked so well, and the body wash and lotion smelled amazing. The room service was great, and the hotel rooftop restaurant was incredible, the food was absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast every morning. It made the start of each day so easy and was one less thing I had to plan or think about while traveling. The prices were very reasonable, and every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location was also perfect, right next to Chapultepec Park and close to many museums, sights, and a Walmart in case you forgot anything. I had such a wonderful vacation and would absolutely stay at Hotel Dama again the next time I’m in Mexico City. Highly recommend!
Had a wonderful stay over 5 days with our children. Extremely friendly staff, especially Jerry, who was always extremely attentive and sharing great recommendations. Breakfast was always very fresh and delicious. Also a wonderful location in a walkable neighborhood. If you stay with children, because it’s a small hotel, I would recommend asking for a room on the first floor at end of hallway so far away from the other guests.
Nice. I’d call that finalized. I had to pick up a last-minute booking for two nights in Mexico City, and my stay at Hotel Dama turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Hotel Dama is a hidden gem in the heart of La Condesa. From the street, you could easily walk right past it, but once that large black door opens, you’re transported into a quiet, stylish oasis tucked away from the bustle outside. I stayed in a ground-floor room that opened onto a private terrace filled with greenery, which gave the space a calm, secluded feel. The bed was excellent, the rooftop terrace was beautiful, and the included breakfast was fresh, healthy, and genuinely delicious—not the typical forgettable continental offering. What really completed the experience was the staff. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, providing the kind of service that makes a stay memorable. There are plenty of boutique hotels in Mexico City, but what sets Hotel Dama apart is that it never feels like it’s trying too hard. I’d happily stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dama in Mexico City. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely — beautifully designed, calm, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were amazing throughout our stay: warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations, bookings, and anything we needed. The rooftop restaurant and bar were also excellent, with really great food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The location in Condesa is perfect — leafy, safe, and full of character, while still being very central and convenient for exploring the city. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.
