This is very much a three star hotel Staff were friendly and helpful. The room clean but very basic. WiFi worked well and breakfast was ok We found the location good and the metro was not far

This was a great location as is close by many activities or historical points of interest. Walking distance to many locations as well as access to lots of food in the area. Very clean, well maintained. The room we had was all of that but fairly small but served our purpose. The service was very good and the occasion is excellent.

As a European tourist, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is in a safe area, close to the city center and easy to reach by all means transport. Sometimes there are parades or demonstrations on Avenida de la reforma which can lead to closed roads nearby. Valet parking is free (+voluntary propina) and comfortable. All personnel were very friendly, professional and helpful. If necessary, the receptionists speak english. The hotel includes a rooftop pool and bar, a small gym, a restaurant and a bar near the lobby. Throughout the night you can order drinks and snacks to the room. The room of the smallest category has enough space for two people and luggage. Just the bed is a little small. A/C was working but could be colder. Ventilation in the bathroom is not perfect, so that it will stay damp after using the shower. Safe and fridge are available. Generally, the room was very clean and well maintained. As the tab water in CDMX is considered undrinkable, it is very nice that this hotel provides free water dispensers in the lobby to fill your bottles. The breakfast is phenomenal and offers a huge variety of mexican and international dishes in high quality. All in all, I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The pricing was also very fair, also in comparison to similar hotels.

Very clean hotel, large rooms, nice rooftop swimming pool area and rooftop bar with promo burger + beer price 199 MXN. Good staff, and every day cleaning service. Just weird they don't provide free water bottles every day. On other side they provide every day clean good quality towels and free coffee. Just about 25 minutes walk from major downtown attractions.
