Only inconvenience was jacuzzi was lukewarm. Never hot as it should be.

I was there last week for 4 days -3 nights.Hotel San Jerónimo is an excelent choice for business travel. The facilities are functional, the rooms are comfortable, and overall everything works as expected. It’s not overly luxurious, but it delivers a reliable and smooth experience that makes it easy to focus on work. That said, what truly stands out—and elevates the entire stay—is the culinary experience. The service from the kitchen staff and waiters is exceptional: attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making every meal enjoyable. And the food—simply phenomenal. Each dish feels thoughtfully prepared, with great flavors and quality ingredients. I asked for Tuna, and Salmon dishes mainly. It goes beyond a standard hotel offering and becomes a highlight of the trip. Dining here feels like a true culinary experience rather than just a convenience. Special Thanks to Fatima; Mateo; Marco; Santos; Francisco Perez; Joaquin and Adriana. I personally asked for their names to really make public their great service!

Ok location. Not fantastic. Rooms were average. Was at hotel for a conference. Internet connectivity was bad. They moved my room.. still bad. Intermittent. Lost connection a lot. They offered to move room a second time. At that point it was already my last night. They were apoligetic and sent me a bottle of wine as a sorry. That was nice however, when on a business trip I must be connected. The hitel was clean and staff helpful and nice.

This is a "jewel hotel " in the South of Mexico City. The whole experience was incredible, the friendly and supportive staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the amenities, the food, the view of each room at the gorgeous mountains. This hotel is an amazing property beautifully secluded but close to everything. Thank you Enrique, Bruno, Francisco, Fatima, Karina, Mary (room service-wonderful woman-). I remember each name and encounter because they did their job. Making me feel cared.
