Stayed three nights over Labor Day weekend, and it was a five-star experience from pre-arrival through departure. Check-in was seamless, the room was beautifully appointed with every amenity we could want, and the service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The concierge team truly set this stay apart. We reached out before arriving for hard-to-get reservations and a private tour, and they delivered on every request. They were equally invaluable during the stay — helping us plan each day and pointing us toward the right neighborhoods to explore across the city. A wonderful stay all around. Highly recommend.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. This hotel exceeded every expectation. The team is truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to anticipate every need. The level of service and attention to detail is remarkable and made the entire experience feel effortless and special. The property itself is beautiful, with a stunning courtyard that feels like a serene, hidden oasis in the middle of the city—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every detail, from the rooms to the shared spaces, is thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be returning. A flawless experience.
We had a mixed stay here, but overall I still came away really liking this hotel and would return once the renovation is complete. What stands out most is how beautiful the property is. The garden is absolutely gorgeous, full of greenery, and gives the hotel such a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The lobby is also stunning- serene, elegant, and beautifully designed, with lovely flower arrangements that made a real impression on me. We first came for Sunday brunch, and when we returned later for our stay, the floral display had changed to a beautiful Easter arrangement. It was so thoughtfully done and made the space feel even more special. The lobby is the kind of place where you actually want to sit, relax, and work. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s very close to the park and in a great area overall, which made it easy and enjoyable to get around. Breakfast was another highlight for me - the buffet was very solid, and since breakfast is something I really care about, that definitely added to the experience. Service was consistently strong. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, and we also had a very good experience during Sunday brunch- our server, Jose Juan, is absolutely the best! Concierge staff are very helpful too. I enjoyed my conversations with Javier. The room itself was spacious and clearly finished with quality materials. You can see the attention to detail in the bathroom, fixtures, and overall finish. Personally, though, the newly renovated design was not quite my style — it felt dark and heavy for my taste, even though it was clearly luxurious. The main downside was the ongoing renovation. We knew in advance that construction was happening, so that part was not a surprise. But on one day, the noise continued beyond the stated hours, which was disappointing since we had come back hoping to rest. There was also a strong paint or chemical smell near the elevator area that made that part of the hotel unpleasant. In addition, our TV was not working, and although we reported it in the morning, it still had not been fixed by the time we returned later in the day. Even with those issues, I still think this is a beautiful property with a lot of charm and potential. I also appreciated how professionally the staff handled our concerns. Once the renovation is finished, I can imagine this being an even more wonderful place to stay. I would absolutely consider coming back.
The famous brunch here absolutely lives up to the hype! It features fantastic Mexican cuisine, but they also offer all the international must-haves like pancakes, cheese platters, and smoked salmon. The hotel itself is nice, though it could definitely use a refresh, especially the rooms. Don't get me wrong, it is still a great property, but compared to other Four Seasons locations around the world, the design feels a bit dated and stuck in time. It is also a massive hotel! On a positive note, their business facilities are fantastic. If you need to rent a meeting room, they provide top-notch service, including catered breakfast, high-quality projectors, and great sound systems. Thank you to the team!
The hotel looks nice on the surface but while renovation is taking place, it is just a rip-off, not worth the price. First off, it is NOISY during the day. Our first few days, we couldn't turn off the lights at night. Once that got fixed, not all the lights would turn on. At least that was easier to live with. Guest Experience made offers of massages as an apology, but were never able to follow through. We had one appointment but it was canceled because they sent the staff home due to the construction noise. Staff doesn't have to listen to it but guests do? I wish we could have moved to another hotel but we were part of a tour group and were stuck there. In short, don't waste your money staying here until the renovations are done.
