Fiesta Americana Reforma

We stayed here from 6/12/26-6/15/26. Upon checking in, the staff did not explain where everything was located to include breakfast. The breakfast was expensive, limited, and lacked flavor.. We ended up eating up the street at a small restaurant for a fraction of what we paid at the hotel, which was excellent. I will say the dinner experience at their restaurant was top notch with great service. The rooms were dirty, musty, and very loud. It's not what I expected for being a fiesta americana investor. I have stayed at other fiesta americana locations and they were hands down better than this place. The location was great. It's centralized and within walking distance to about every major tourist attraction. If your looking to stay at this location consider other hotels. Fiesta Americana Reforma needs to do better!

Hotel located in a safe good neighborhood but need some attention to detail when it covers to maintenance. The front desk and rest of the employees are great very helpful. In our room we had couple of remarks. 1- bathtub had mildew near the faucet. 2- tub missing section of the sliding glass so when showering you will be splashing all over the bathroom 3- toilet have a different size toilet seat , smaller . Hotel is nice and service was great. The showers were a bit tricky to navigate.... Water pressure was really low and getting the water the right temp was not easy.

Better stay away!!!! Room was old. Dirty looking, low maintenance. Under the mattress sheet stains, many feathers and an unidentifiable deposit....After complaining we were moved to another room, started unpacking and then were told to move again for maintenance reasons, but they didn't even know why 2nd room was under maintenance. We insisted to stay. Bathroom has no ventilation/ suction, hair dryer not working, shower looks nasty, ALL NIGHT fire alarm flash light blinking, dirty ac outlets,noisy at night (inside and outside the hotel).only good thing mattress and pillows are comfy
