Everyone is so lovely and helpful here!!! During my time at breakfast the staff were so kind and helpful with any questions! They were quick and professional.

Wins award for most unapologetically arrogant lobby staff ever encountered in my 15+ years as a Hh diamond member. Was told that it is hotel policy to check in at 3pm, not a single room would be available until then and I quote from the manager “yes all rooms will be magically available at 3pm” but not a moment before. I have no idea how you run a “5 star” Hotel this way

This wasn’t a Hilton experience at all. The pool is too small for the hotel capacity and it wasn’t very hygienic. They should limit the pool capacity for the safety and hygiene. And the pool needs maintenance. There was no stuff in saturday in the busiest time of the day. And when you call the reception they don’t even help you. The tv didn’t have streaming service in the room. Only thing I liked was the breakfast buffet and people who were serving breakfast at the restaurant were nice. But overall the experience itself is lack of service.

The place is fabulous. The service is great, but the location isn’t ideal. There’s very little within walking distance.
