I never normally write reviews but I had to in this instance. This hotel is overpriced, with poor service and not worth the convenience. I wish we’d stayed in the city and got a taxi from one of the desks but as our flight arrived late we chose to stay close. Despite booking through the website, the price when we arrived was more expensive than advertised and they were unwilling to provide an itemised bill.
Convenient hotel if you have an early flight the next day. You can walk back to the airport if you want to go to 7-11 or some restaurants. They have a decent gym too.
Overall a great hotel. The escalator up to reception is a bit odd though l and more difficult to navigate when you have lots of luggage. We were given a complimentary beer on arrival which was a nice surprise. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that we asked for a quiet room and was given one with an interconnecting door so you could hear the people in the room next to us very clearly. When you need sleep before an early flight I found this ridiculous.
Perfect location, friendly staff, and a fantastic way to spend our last night in CDMX. Staying here made catching our early morning flight completely stress-free. Instead of worrying about traffic, we were able to relax, enjoy a great night’s sleep, and arrive at the terminal feeling refreshed. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient for anyone flying out of Mexico City. I would definitely stay here again before an early departure.
The hotel is good overall, but the shower really lets it down. There is basically no water pressure at all, no way to adjust it, and the water comes out completely scattered. Honestly, it feels like they don’t want guests to take a shower — that’s how bad it is. Everything else is fine, but the shower experience is very disappointing.
