We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alteza Polanco Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, and very well located, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service.
Florentina and Mauricio went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. They were kind, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warmth and excellent hospitality made a big difference and truly elevated our visit.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Alteza Polanco Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Florentina and Mauricio, for making our stay so memorable!
I have just returned from a weeks stay in the superb Alteza Hotel in Polanco. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way... the front desk could not be more helpful and caring. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The icing on the cake was the fabulous breakfast on the hotel rooftop. It is within easy walking distance to the main Polanco town. A real gem of a hotel and well worth a visit.
Good hotel with big and comfortable room. No restaurant, other than breakfast at the top floor. The breakfast was good. The fitness center was bad with all equipment out of order!
For the price, I expect a more comfortable bed with nicer sheets. The rooms are also poorly layed out and furnished, eg if you try to lean against the headboard while watching tv, the bed slides away from the wall. Very friendly front desk though. Location is super close to where you have to go for Canada visa biometrics, otherwise wouldn’t be my first pick.
The front desk service when we arrived at night was terrible. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude—even when charging us, it felt like they were doing us a favor. We won’t be coming back. The only good thing about this place is its convenient location for the appointment we had.
