Kind of ok hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and rooms - average. Close to main tourists sights.

Nice, clean room. The matress is very low and very thin. The tub in the bathromm was very nice. The whole hotel, our room included, was uncomfortablely hot. (This is rare coming from me; I am one of those people who usually feel cold everywhere)

The room was very good and car parking convenient. Unfortunately during the afternoon and early evening there was a family celebration with lots of children running around the hotel out of control, even on our 5th floor landing where our room was. Reported to reception who said there was nothing they could do. We did not realise that the elevator was faulty in respect of a loud grinding noise when going up and down. Our room was next to it. We were woken up during the night and early morning because of this. Breakfast quality was poor and quite honestly the worst orange juice we have ever tasted. After returning we noticed we had been charged for 2 nights instead of 1. I complained about the family celebration, elevator and being double charged. After a lot of communication the hotel kindly gave us 50% discount. Certainly not a 4 Star hotel in our eyes!

The check in was a breeze. Most friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient secure parking right next to the hotel. Everything was great, except for the breakfast service and noise. The quality of hot food was poor, as was the fresh fruit and fruit juice. There were a couple tour groups who were loud and boorish. Pretty noisy night too with constant banging of doors. Not the fault of the hotel…
