This tour was advertised with an English speaking guide and a maximum of 10 people. The guide provided little English and most of the English was logistics such as how much time we had at a stop. In addition they said there was a maximum of 10 people and there was close to double the number on the bus.

The Bridge over the Picheuta River is a stone and mortar construction from the colonial era.
The site presents great geological and landscape attractions, where an imposing natural bridge and hydrothermal springs that bathe and print the banks of the Cuevas River with great color stand out.
Overlooked by the towering peak of Aconcagua Mountain, one of the world's highest peaks outside the Himalayas at 22,837 feet (6,961 meters), Concagua Provincial Park is a hiker's dream, with remote valleys, glacial lagoons and towering peaks. , all with panoramic views of the Andes Mountains.

The communication from this travel company is poor. We were told via Viator that pickup would be at 7:30am but the pickup didn’t arrive until an hour later. In the meantime we were worried we were left behind and when contacting the company via viator (since we never received a phone number ) there was no response. Once picked up the tour guide was nice but the trip was disappointing because we weren’t able to see the last stop (Christ) and because we felt like we did unnecessary stops in some places and too short time in other locations. Would not do this tour again but it was good enough for a short trip in Mendoza.
To see the Andes from the ground, the history, the culture. Great time out with other travellers, the driver and our guide Jose.
We were a group of 12 mostly Argentinian’s. I am bilingual, so there was no need for English, but she did offer.. the driver as well as the tour guide were amazing and it was a lot of fun and very interesting.
Very interesting. 1 off bucket list. Stopped at restaurant for lunch...salad, many options to fill your plate, a drink and desert. Food great, for 3100 pesos. Make a few stops., guide does decent t job of explaining in English and you get to 3850m high into mountains.
Seeing the Aconcagua for the first time. Always wanted to see that mountain. But the whole road trip was an experience with the sight of mountains of shapes and colors. And then the climb, by bus, to the Cristo Redentor monument, with the dirt road snaking higher and higher close to 13K feet…it’s awesome. Oh, and the guide, Abigail, made it even better. She was full of information. Thanks for a great day trip.
I was concerned this trip would mean most of a day on a mini-bus. Although it did, the sites explored off the bus could have only been accessed after a lot of driving and were exquisite to observe. The guide went out of her way to include me as the only English speaker and was knowledge. No hesitation in commending this to other travellers
We booked this tour the day before going (which we do with every tour we’ve ever done) I not only emailed twice but also text 3 different numbers provided to confirm the pick-up would be at our apartment, if not where it would be. Nobody got back to us at all, pick-up was at 7:30am, it got to 7:40am and I called one the numbers and they finally replied. They gave me the number of the tour guide, she initially had no idea what was going on so I messaged the business number again. There was a huge miscommunication between them both and we were supposed to have been told pick-up was 7:20 20 mins away from our apartment. They had told us it was now too late to get us and that we couldn’t go. A huge disappointment as we only went to Mendoza for 1 full day to do a tour around the Andes! Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They assured us a refund but still yet to get it. Spend a little bit more money and go with someone else!
Waited over an hour but not collected from pick up location at 07.30. Tried to communicate but no response from tour operator Feel we have been robbed
I bought the tour through DECOLAR and the receptive was carried out by Enterprise CEPAS. Totally correct and helpful. The schedules are fulfilled, the tours took place without any downtime.
Very nice tour and very trained guide and attentive to each person, congratulations! They made us feel very comfortable.
What they promised for this tour was fulfilled, the tour was completed. The guide very attentive, professional, respectful, with a very pleasant character, with a lot of knowledge and masters all the information. Mary (Mariel), a Chinese guerita, was a 100% guide. The natural places we enjoyed very much, we were picked up at our hotel and returned to the same place. The driver handled well and very prudently. One recommendation would be that at the beginning of the tour there be some integration activity with all travelers, to get to know each other and create a more pleasant atmosphere. But ultimately I do recommend the tour.
I had already read that this is a long ride, and in our case it lasted just over 12 hours. The places visited have beautiful landscapes, such as the Portrerillos dam, the stop to play in the snow on a mountain in the Andes, and the Puente Del Inca. The Guide who accompanied us, Abigail, interacts with the group all the time explaining the history of the places we are going through. However, the first stop at the support point of Uspallata is quite simple and it was not explained to us if we really need to rent snow clothes, which we ended up not renting and we regretted because the snow was very sweet and could not explore the place with normal clothes. Later, we stopped in a village for lunch, worth 15,000 pesos per person, but the food was not good, with an aspect that we did not like and we did not have another meal option indicated, and we had to satisfy ourselves with a food that was not worth the amount paid. At Puente Del Inca, despite a beautiful landscape for photos, it was crowded, there was no bathroom on site. After all, the tour as I said is worth the scenery, but if you expect something more comfortable, it may not be the best tour to do
I loved it, I enjoyed it very much. The guide was necessary, friendly and with very interesting information. Mendoza in autumn is beautiful
Recomendo.
THE GUIDE EXPLAINED THE TRIP WELL THE FOOD WHERE WE STOP WAS VERY EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE AND THE PRICE WAS IN PESOS AND WHEN IT ARRIVED ON THE CARD IT ARRIVED IN DOLLARS
Excellent service, the guide Abigail was spectacular, explaining every detail of each of the points of interest visited
Melhor as fotos do Google.
The very nice experience, the driver very well, the big problem was that the guide did not explain much of the tour, did not anticipate the stops, did not take into account basic needs of the passengers and just wanted to return as soon as possible, not allowing to enjoy all the cute places that we should visit.
The information is not updated. Penitents about 5 years ago are no longer working. The Local Provider Tourism Enterprise (in Mendoza) offers a high mountain tour, which we did and was very good. But it is NOT what was detailed on this page when I purchased. Thanks to the local Aymara Enterprise we had no problems doing the other tour, but the confusion generates discomfort. The Ornella guide and the driver jorge excellent!! We had a great day. PLEASE UPDATE the information and details of the tour you are selling.
We left on time and everything was ok..only q in Uspallara it took almost 2hs to rent the equipment p snow (1 hour extra for a family q dispersed)..so that time we were left enjoying in the snow (only 25 minutes we had).A serious option q rent the equipment in Mza Cap. so you only stop to go to the bathroom and buy something to eat or leave 1 hour early so there are not so many people in Uspallata at that time. Anyway... we were unlucky to match on the bus with a flia q that was located and didn't think of the others... the guide Johana and the driver of ten.
With mild wind Zonda, some sun, we reach Aconcagua Park, and Inca Bridge Very good. The weather accompanied the journey and although there was snow, it was not much
Excellent everything, Mary an exceptional guide, in all the details. Very comfortable mini bus and very responsible driver to drive, not an easy route
The spectacular excursion! Jose the guide explained everything very well, unmissable excursion! Family trip, full day excursion
Pessimo o passeio
The route through the mountain range, is impressive, the views wonderful, we reach the viewpoint of Aconcagua, an excursion that must be done when going to Mendoza, what I liked least was the food in a stop, very ugly.
