Extended Flight With Instructor

Terrible experience, terrible communication, predatory. We texted the company several times the ORIGINAL day of the excursion for confirmation and we were told everything was still on and conditions looked good. Once we arrived at the meeting point and called our original contact Diego, he didn’t answer. We finally get picked up an hour later than what was explained to us in our itinerary and no one properly communicated this to us AT ALL. They then drive us out to the site just to tell us the weather is too poor to paraglide. They pressure use to rebook for the next day even though we had other plans, spent $100 in cab fairs and wasted half a day of our trip. We reluctantly agree as this was our main activity for the trip. When we get back to our hotel we are told by the unbiased staff that the weather is not great for flying this time of year, and that it we will likely have the same issue tomorrow. We wake up early the following day and see that the forecast is very similar as the day before. We again reach out to company and do not get a reply. Rather than asking our driver to make a 90 min trip to come get us, we decided to cancel rather than go through another poor experience. The company never responded to our previous texts, but once we said we’re canceling due to continued consistent weather, they got hostile, insisted the weather was now fine and that they will not being issuing a refund. How they know this definitely when they didn’t know anything about anything the previous morning is telling. The fact they didn’t respond until we canceled tells ya all that you need to know. I’d recommend using a company that is honest, timely and cares about their customers. Once they saw an opportunity to steal our money they were suddenly very responsive. BUYER BEWARE!!

They asked for a transfer before indicating the address, after receiving the deposit they say that they will not go to that place to look for the people. And they refuse to refund the money.

The experience of paragliding is certainly beyond description. The sights, the sensations, flying between the gusts of hot and cold air. Everything was fantastic. But the most important thing is the peace of mind and trust that the boys of Andusfly give. From the first contact, to the landing, through the instructions, the arrival at the top of the hill, the takeoff and flight. The experience of flying with diego boeris was sensational. Time stops to enjoy an unforgettable flight. A mixture of adrenaline and peace. For 30 min you delight in watching mendoza from the sky. Really, I try to look for words to describe all those sensations that are experienced while flying without limits, without feeling the sky cut it, you are in the sky, on par with the clouds, flying over the birds and feeling that wind that elevates and manipulates you to where it wants.
