Very well located. Complete facilities (bar, restaurant, gym, casino, spa, etc.). Ask for a room with a view of the Andes Mountains… beautiful! Sensational breakfast. Jacuzzi in the rooms. Close to the heart of the city, squares and restaurants.
Great hotel overall. Showing its age. The decor needs to be updated a bit. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. One of my favorites in Mendoza.
The hotel is fine but I had money taken out of my suitcase during thier "room service". I emailed the hotel with no response. Keep your belongings somewhere safe if you stay here. The hotel itself is fine. This is my first time to Mendoza and probably the last. Cheers.
Large hotel with large hall decorated with art pieces. Rooms also ample and comfortable, we missed a fridge in the room. Very good breakfast, very kind staff that opened early for us due to early departure. The only open restaurant was next to reception, not formal sitting with table cloth and so but we enjoyed a good menu. No possibility to seat outside, no terrace but the hotel is centrally located.
Excellent all-around stay at the Sheraton Mendoza Hotel. The rooms were the cleanest I’ve experienced anywhere recently — truly spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, with something for every taste. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Special mention to Franco at the front desk (elite members)— he was effective, resourceful, and genuinely willing to help, which made a big difference in the overall experience. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the restaurant staff were super friendly and attentive. The spa is great — clean, peaceful, and very relaxing, with a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for unwinding. The location is also superb — close to commercial areas, restaurants, and Mendoza’s beautiful parks, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.
