Excellent location in the mountains, offering tranquility and peace away from the city. The rooms are spotless, clean, and well-ventilated. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The staff is excellent in all aspects, although sometimes there are too few staff members for different areas. For example, at the pool, there's only one person cooking and serving drinks. Regarding the food, the reason for choosing an all-inclusive hotel is primarily the food. On several occasions, the meals offered were simple but stale, reheated (French fries in all their varieties), and even the bread rolls were poor. The variety is sufficient, offering several dishes to choose from with delicious desserts. As for the afternoon tea café, the service is good, but again, the cakes are stale and unpleasant, and even the pastries are hard and inedible, ruining the entire experience. The spa staff and service are excellent, including two saunas in very good condition.

Great place to rest and do sports and entertainment activities. Very servicial and kind staff that makes you feel very comfortable. I suggest, in order to give a five star qualification, they should put much attention in cleaning and maintenance of the building and facilities. Hope we'll came back soon.
