It’s more like a 3 star hotel. The rooms are quite run down with extremely dim lighting. I wouldn’t stay here again

The vast majority of rooms in this hotel face extremely small interior shaft-like openings (like you would have in a prison), so for all intents and purposes you will be staying in a windowless cave. Here is what I had in front of my window. Nevertheless, street noise will get to your room just fine. Hotel is old and dated and not up to 4-star standards.
Stayed here for 3 nights in the first week of April. We got room 401 which was very spacious, had 2 balconies and a massive TV. The only thing I didn't like was the open plan bathroom concept. Location is great, and you'll be able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and seating. Unfortunately the outdoor pool, even on a very hot day, it was too cold to use. We didn't try the indoor one.
Room at the 6th floor was alright. The bathroom was very old though. A lot of rust and old water marks on everything. I arrived late one night, and my key card didn't work. I went back to the front desk, asked to fix, then had to go up and back again since it didn't work again🤦 Breakfast was fine with ok variety of food. Overall very mediocre, but does the job.
Great, boutique hotel in the heart of Mendoza. The room we got was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good The hotel didn’t have a gym but I was able to use the Sheraton’s next door. The hotel has a great scent (I was told it is somewhat infused). We had been there before and will likely go back if I ever go back to Mendoza!
