Phenomenal experience. The chef is so talented - our community dinner was absolutely amazing. The staff is delightful, very attentive and accommodating. Beautiful property and gorgeous views. I wish I could stay longer but I will be back.

What a gem. The mirror cabins are both unique and beautiful, and the service was incredible. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us after we missed our flight and needed to shift our arrival date. The scenery is breathtaking, and I only wish we had more time to explore. Getting there was a little challenging, so downloading Google Maps is highly recommended since phone reception can be spotty. Amenities include WiFi, free breakfast, and the option to join lunch or dinner. We chose dinner, and it was fantastic—Chef Pablo prepared mouthwatering dishes right in front of us, served at a long communal table where you can mingle with travelers from all over the world. A truly memorable experience.
This hotel was fabulous, it’s located at the foot hills of the Andes mountains with breathtaking views. The staff was great especially Roberto the general manager and Alejandro the man behind the best asados. Highly recommend!
Where to begin... a true slice of heaven!! It is truly impossible to capture the experience of the Hotel de Cielo..you just need to trust this review and go experience it for yourself. I dont even want to spread word of this gem because i wish i could keep it to myself !! I was torn between staying here and Chacras and we got to visit Chacras and i am SO happy we did not stay there. The beauty does not even remotely compare. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the sweetest, friendliest and most welcoming staff. As we said to them the hotel is beautiful but the staff is what made the experience special. We will never forget them. Then you are taken to your private pod which is just..beyond beautiful. Truly one of the most incredible, magnificent rooms i have ever stayed in. Not to mention huge!! I dont recall it showing that the pods are two bedrooms but they in fact are. The best amenity was the fireplace. To wake up every morning and see the incredible view from your bed..there are no words. You'll see so much wildlife from the windows... birds, rabbits, guinea pigs. And the stars!! Dont forget to look up! next..lets talk about the FOOD...OH MY GOD!!!! The best meals of our ENTIRE TRIP were here at Hotel De Cielo!!! Just beyond incredible. Dinner is always a pre set menu at 830 pm and you eat at the same long table as other guests. It allows for an interactive environment as the chef is cooking just right next to you. Its basically a private chef. Menus are priced soo reasonably. I would say the only "downside" is if you are a picky eater or have allergies you may want to let them know ahead of time. Some helpful tips: 1- the road to come in is rocky. Just a heads up you may want to rent an SUV. We didnt and we were fine but would have been better with a bigger car. 2- the rooms are pretty bright. bring a sleeping mask! 3- being out in the wildnerness comes with some little critters... nothing too crazy but little tiny crickets and beetles sometimes. bring slippers!! 4- i think the only thing i genuinely wish i had thought about was snacks. you are REALLY remote. you wont be able to go buy a snack or anything like that so you may want to stock up before arriving. the rooms have kitchens with a fridge. 5- nice area to take a long walk.. there are horses everywhere.. bring sneakers/hiking boots! 6- you 10000% need to rent a car but this goes for anywhere in Uco Valley Hotel de Cielo will be an experience i will remember forever and ever. I feel so lucky to have had the chance to stay here. thank you thank you thank you for existing!!
It is almost impossible to say anything negative about this place. It's a piece of heaven and you have first row view of the majestic Andes from your bathtub. Food is amazing and so is the staff. Please be aware the last 10 km to get there are quite rough so it is recommended to have a more compact/SUV car. You can also drive up to your loft and that can also be up the hill and dirt road.
