The room was not clean and in poor maintenance. The staff looked unhappy and offered poor service. The location is too far from the city. There’s nothing worth visiting in the vicinity.

Extremely loud concert hall and bar in the building. Can not sleep at all. Cheep windows let all sound from outside in the room This place is not suited to be a hotel. I slept on the bathroom floor of my room just to get a bit quieter.

The only good thing about this hotel was the bed. Everything else was the biggest disappointment. Had no food to offer, staff were unhelpful and mangers no where to be found. Breached so many rules and shouldn’t be classified as a 5 star hotel. If you want disappointment the. Choose this hotel. NOT!! Take my word for it, I have worked in the industry for over 25 years. Shameful and embarrassing for anyone who has worked hotels .

Ok hotel. Honestly expected better customer service, concierge and rooms for the price. There were stray dogs and cats inside the building. I asked for some winery recommendations for lunch and thought the concierge would call the places and reserve something. They instead handed me a list of places to contact which is quite difficult with an overseas number. The hotel room was ok. We booked a couples massage at the hotel spa for the following morning and the evening prior to our massage we were told that we had to reschedule. We just cancelled it altogether. The breakfast was also subpar for a hotel of this ranking. The pastries, croissants and other bread items were stale and eggs were not available. The people working here could use some training on providing adequate hospitality and customer service to meet international standards. Overall too far out of the way and too many headaches for the price we paid. Do not recommend.
