We first meet at Yarra Valley Lodge, where you will check in and meet your pilots and crew. We will then drive you to the chosen launch site for the morning's flight. Drift above rolling vineyards, morning mist, and the winding Yarra River - sunrise ballooning in the Yarra Valley is pure magic.
This is our meeting point, where you will check in and meet your pilots and crew, together with the rest of the passengers From here, we will drive you in our vehicles to the chosen launch site for the morning
Return, after packing the balloon and a short drive back, to a lovely buffet breakfast at Yarra Valley Lodge. As we fly early, you will have the rest of the day to visit some of the many locations and wineries the Yarra Valley has to offer.
Fantastic flight! Beautiful views! Pilot and crew and booking staff were all very lovely and accommodating. It was Mum's 87th bday present and they all looked after her very well! Brian, Luke, and Benny were very attentive and kind! Thank you very much! Highly ( pardon the pun😅) recommend!!
Amazing scenic flight, was really fun to be involved in setting up and packing away the balloon.
Absolutely fantastic weather for the balloon trip!
Very professional company, great experience, took great photos and encouraged us to take our time enjoying the view.
Beautiful experience. The crew - Bryan, Benny and Darty are awesome.
Most enjoyable morning flying over the Yarra valley. Beautiful sights and peaceful. Most importantly professional and very safe. Pilot was amazing
Had an amazing morning flying over the Yarra valley. Brad drove us out there and was super friendly and helpful, and Brian our pilot did a fantastic job and was very entertaining.
Such an amazing experience from start to finish, Brian is a tremendous pilot, took us above the clouds to see the sun rise!
What an amazing morning with Liberty Balloons, Brian, Thor and Benny took great care of us and made the experience so special. The views over the Yarra Valley were spectacular.
Absolutely fantastic! Brian, Benny and Thor provided a great experience, would highly recommend!! 10/10
Had a magical morning floating silently over the Yarra Valley and watching the sunrise. Brian and the crew were friendly, calm and clearly very experienced, which made us feel safe the entire flight. We loved drifting low enough to watch a large mob of kangaroos eating their breakfast. Would highly recommend!
I and my family had a great time with Brian and team. They made us feel welcome and very comfortable throughout the process - from pickup, the drive, explaining how the ballon operates and finally made us part of the team packing the balloon. The balloon flight was great with stunning views of the valley and the sunrise. I will recommend this to anyone visiting Melbourne.
Stunning flight across the Yarra Valley with Liberty Ballooning. Very professional preparation and a fun pilot. Photo’s are also great
Awesome experience. Great way to start my birthday. The team were great. The pilot funny (kind of) we got multiple sunrises. And nice soft landing.
The hot air balloon ride was incredible and surreal! Brian and the team were a riot. Would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend this experience

A sublime way to see Melbourne and a fantastic thrill for the kids ! Don’t be discouraged by the pre-dawn start and embrace the sunrise as you float quietly up up and away 🙂

Such a magical experience floating above the Yarra Valley in the hot air balloon. The team were great from start to finish, with pilot Brian clearly explaining everything we needed to know and also about how he controls the balloon. Felt very safe and in great hands the whole morning thanks to the Liberty crew.
Punctuality as combined! Explanation of the procedures and charisma of the entire team involved! Very safe and beautiful mto!
