Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport: Shared Transfer To Melbourne

Great Communication, They Texted You all into once you arrived. Driver was very helpful and gave me some insight in the city.

There was no transfer arranged when I got to the airport so had to make alternative arrangements. Not what you need at midnight when travelling solo

Don't use this service as 1) no planning 2) no contact person available at point of pickup 3) uncertain of costs

This is related to my experience on Monday May 25 Booking Number 1394408265. I followed your instructions arriving at Melbourne Domestic and International terminal. AWFUL, There has been no Experience OZ counter in Terminal 1 since before COVID. Thanks to a helpful security guard and a patient driver from Con-X-Ion we were able to connect and get to hotel. Very stressful trying to connect through no fault to driver but YOUR instructions.

The instructions provided by viator are incorrect. The existence of Experience OZ counter in terminal one has not existed since before CCIVID causing a very stressful situation.

Make sure you know exactly where to get picked up. The GPS option was incorrect Ron was exceptional. He was highlighting all the areas to visit. Great personality.

Very competent and safe driver. Unfortunately he'd been sent to the incorrect terminal. Comfortable vehicle. Provided helpful information.

I could not find them no clear instructions on where they would be I looked for nearly a hour with no luck

Always have a great experience with the ConXion airport transfers in Melbourne. Clive has been our driver each time and he is friendly and a wealth of information about things to do and see in Melbourne

This transfer company is a scam. Didn’t show up on arrival and got us an uber for less than we paid for the transfer. On the return they sent a small car without room for people and luggage so it was cramped and hot. Just dropped everyone off at a random spot all in wrong terminals.

I went outside the terminal and followed the directions provided on my ticket. It directed me to terminal 4 and a nonexistent place. After asking multiple people, getting a limo driver to make a call for me, and walking for 2 hours I miraculously found the driver. He waited for me because I was his only pickup. He explained that the directions were 4 years out of date. I should have texted via WhatsApp but I called instead…didn’t think to text. He was friendly and we had a nice chat during the 30 minute ride to my hotel. You need to UPDATE your instructions!

ConXion was great and very proactive. We were contacted the day before flight with instructions to txt upon landing and after baggage pickup. We then were asked to txt after clearing customs and provided detailed directions to the meeting point. We made our way there and were picked up within a minute for our ride to our cbd hotel. Driver, Clive, was great and very friendly and took us straight to our hotel

Good directions, relaxing drive to town. We followed the instructions, met wirh George and before we knew, we arrived.

We followed the directions as stated. #1 go to terminal 1. Then go to specified counter. Not found in terminal 1, no one has heard of it back to terminal 2, again no one knows of experiencing Oz. Called the number provided, no one answers . tried several times. Finally found an information desk that had a competent woman. She knew another number for the company, and they had my name . The driver did show up in a totally different place (car park garage) than was ever mentioned. A total mess!! The first problem ever had with Viator. Driver very nice.

This trip did not happen. There was no experience Oz desk or any other desk at terminal 1. None of the personnel at the location had ever heard of such a company. Waited outside looking for a van for over an hour before giving up and taking a bus.

Taking the shared mini bus to my accommodation was a great decision. I enjoyed a fast and efficient journey with a courteous driver. Easy online booking. Thanks ConneXion!
