Melbourne Airport To City/cbd Private Group Transfers 4 Or More

Great experience and communication with driver. Would use again if visiting in the area. Highly recommend booking.

Our driver was amazing. Just what we needed after a long day of travel. Momo (?) our driver was parked right out front and was standing by upon arrival. You should use this company if you don’t want any stress.

Excellent service. Highly recommended . Driver Nick was great. Good communication and help with luggage . Will definitely be booking again.

Driver was great, we had a flight delay and it was no problem. Driver was there to pick us up at night and took us to the hotel with no problems and no delays. Great service.

Excellent communication from Viator and through the local service-Kojji. Initially, I was nervous at first not being greeted with a sign for identification in the airport. However, through WhatsApp messages, we were able to meet our driver immediately in the exact spot designated. 2 thumbs up!

Our drivers were polite, personable and early. The cars were clean and very comfortable. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner of the company. I will use them again next time we’re in Melbourne.

Great service, good communication, very nice vehicle, great driver and character, they tracked our flight so they knew exactly when we landed in Melboure as we were slightly delayed and this was easily managed. They called as soon as we landed and confirmed where the pickup point was ans they will be waiting for us.

Driver was professional, on time, and checked in when we landed to let us know exactly where to meet him. Very easy and seamless airport transfer in a comfortable Mercedes van

Kojii was timely & attentive to our flight schedule. He communicated with us so it was no problem finding him as we left the airport. Very friendly. The trip was comfortable.

Driver was waiting for us when we landed and made contact with Instructions timed so I would recive as we landed. Driver was friendly and professional and made the stress of getting from the airport to hotel with a family and luggage super easy, Have since booked the service again to get us back to the airport once our holiday is completed

We were supposed to be met at the arrival hall at the airport. We arrived got our bags and then after contacting driver many times still had to wait outside for him to arrive. We were supposed to be given bottled water, we were offered nothing. Driver was friendly however. The cost of this short drive was way over priced so expected a hassle free experience. We did not get that. So we are getting an Uber back to the airport for a much cheaper price.

Kojii’s communication was spot on. Our flight was delayed, but Kojii was ready and waiting when we emerged with our luggage. He gave us a good introduction to Melbourne on the journey to our hotel. Kojii took all of back to the airport for our flight from Melbourne. I would recommend his services fully

The friendly driver coordinated well our midnight pickup from Melbourne Airport and drove us safely to the Eastern Suburbs. I would recommend this service.

Kojii’s communication was outstanding! Receiving our luggage was quite slow at the Melbourne airport, but Kojii let us know not to worry and where our group was to meet him once we left immigration. Our drive into the city was comfortable and he was an excellent driver. Don’t hesitate to book with them! You won’t be disappointed!

The pickup was flawless. Driver was professional knowledgeable and informative. Vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Excellent service! The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Jo, our driver, was fantastic! Giving us great tips and driving us quickly/safely to our destination. I would book them again.

Nice comfortable van with attentive driver. Met us at the airport in a timely manner. Provided helpful advice en route to hotel.

Kojii is an excellent person. He is friendly and full of information, explaining Australian life and the surrounding areas. He is punctual and always in a fantastic mood. We used him for several transfers during our recent trip and it was flawless. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Melbourne use his services.

Have used Viator for most of our transfers during trips and as par, this one was as good as the others!

Kojii was in touch with us right from the time we landed. He gave us directions to the meeting point. On the way to hotel he educated us about some of the interesting places to see in and around Melbourne. We had a pleasant experience.

The van was very spacious and accommodated a family of four with space for our bags. The driver offered water free of charge, provided a clean van, was friendly and flexible. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a little mix up on our arrival time but Kojii Transfer recovered quickly and promptly. Our driver was professional, personable, and engaging. I was very satisfied and would recommend this service to others.

My flight was changed/ delayed several times with an almost 12h difference. The owner, Kojii, himself came to meet me and went above and beyond. Stellar customer service. Definitely recommend,

Timely, efficient and friendly. Excellent service. Vehicle was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend

Seamless transfer from airport to hotel. Lulu, our driver, was delightful. Our plane was delayed but thanks to good communication, there were no problems.

The driver was very friendly and informative. we were given a lot off tips on places to see and go. great value for money.

Whole tour are all enjoyable to see and awsome experiences. Especially, if you have a tourist guide like Simon. The whole group are so glad that we have Simon as our tourist guide, he is very informative, nice, and kind.

Jo our driver was amazing. She was so friendly & very helpful with tips to get around Melbourne & places to go to. The car was immaculate. A fantastic experience of which we can’t fault.

Fantastic service. Arrived early. Smooth ride. Highly recommended! Knows the best way around traffic jams.

Both representatives were very friendly and on time and helpful. Would definitely use again if we came back to Melbourne

Driver was on time if not early. Very professional. Enjoyed using company will definitely use them again. Would recommend to everyone.

The trip from Melbourne Airport by bus is usually a pain - buy the ticket, wait for the bus, change at Southern Cross, and finally arrive at your hotel. Or, you can line up interminably for a Taxi. Not this time - met at the airport, whisked away in a lovely car by a very personable driver, to the hotel. Relaxed, comfortable pleasant - what more could you want - and only a few dollars more than the Taxi.

Kind and prompt, our flight was 1.5 hours late arriving and still waited for us! I would take this transport again!

Kojii was very professional, courteous, friendly, informative and helpful. His always on time for our reservation time! We highly recommend him.

Kojii was very prompt at answering my queries. Arranged our return transport from airport to apartment. Even though our plane was delayed ( I had let Kojii know as soon as I found out ) Kojii has one of his drivers Jo waiting for us at 1.30am which was a godsend with the cold weather and having my elderly parents with us. There was bottled water in the car for us to consume. Our return trip pickup at 6.30am Jo was waiting when we got out there 10 minutes early. Jo was very friendly and a brilliant safe driver. Would definitely be using Kojii and his team next time we come to Melbourne.

The car was clean and in great condition! The driver was polite and waited for us a long time because the bags took a long time to leave!
