Great Ocean Road Tour & 12 Apostles Tour Reverse-in Premium Bus

The place is excellent the services were good but the bus was uncomfortable. The seats were without arm rest or incline. Since this is a long journey hence these basic essentials are required for safe and smooth journey.

Omg! The bestttt tour ive ever been on. The value for money is insane, and our guide was sooo cool. We were laughing every 10mins from his “dad jokes”. Best for couples, solo, everyonee! I traveled solo and I didn’t felt alone or boring at any point in the tour. Best part of the tour was not the great ocean road but the guide himself (he needs a raise) I don’t remember his name but i called him “Mama” thats uncle in Hindi. I don't think i will ever get over this trip just because of this tour. I highly recommend this tour to everyone but especially old couples, people had a lot of old fellas on board and all were full of energy and veryy cool. Compared to other buses i saw on the tour our bus was small and looked like a big van which i liked and our group was the smallest which is good i think cause you talk to everyone on the bus. The guide recommended me a burger place and trust me that was the best burger ive ever eaten. My trip from India to melb was def worth it because of this.

We had an amazing time touring with Jay !@Our Great Ocean Road tour was nothing short of spectacular. Jay our driver and guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience really memorable. Everything ran smoothly and we were blown away by the stunning scenery and stops along the way. Jay'scharasmatic personality, he provided us with lots of information about the places we saw and visited. Inevitably on a long trip like ours, everywhere is particularly interesting. Jay was a great raconteur and had a deep source of amusing and interesting stories made it a even better day. On the way back, when we were all tired, his good music playlist was rather cool too. The cool, temperate rain forest was amazing. The Great Ocean Road is something special. Fantastic vistas around every corner. We saw kangaroos and koalas, great waves rolling in and magnificent pillars of rock rising from the sea floor.

It was a wonderful tour of the Great Ocean Road.Noel was a wonderful and informative guide. As a first timer, I appreciated the diverse and packed itinerary which included the Twelve Apostles, Maits Rainforest Walk, among other places. The size of the tour was also great as traveling with a small group had noel give a very focused tour which matched our group's pace. Highly recommend

Pickup was great, well organized. Our guide Noel made us all feel at home, checked that everyone was ok throughout the day. Pointed out the key landmarks and places and related his time spent here in his younger days. When unexpected sites were closed by the park rangers,Noel helped us see alternative sites so we didn’t lose out on seeing the best of the 12 Apostles. Took us to a great spot for coffee and breakfast and recommended a nice place for lunch at Apollo Beach. He took us to a place where Koalas are known to stay and we were able to see several in the wild. Tried at end of the day to see Kangaroos and lovef that. Highly recommend this tour and get Noel as your guide, you’ll be happy you did.

The Great Ocean Road involves driving along winding mountain roads that follow the coastline, but thanks to 🙂Guide Noel's 🙂's driving skills, he drove smoothly, comfortably, and safely‼️ despite the twists and turns, so I had absolutely no stress about the long-distance journey! I could have passed out the moment I closed my eyes... haha. Another great thing was that he didn't just pass by every section of the route; he shared background explanations and stories about each spot in an entertaining way!! Personally, the most memorable part was definitely the wild koalas!🐨 I was able to see them much closer than the koalas I saw at the zoo before! It was really great to see nature in its purest form, from watching animals eat leaves on the eucalyptus trees to even seeing them poop and pee! Haha. A long day but loads of fun. Beautiful beaches and 12 Apostles are amazing. Lots of stops and commentary. Great driver and guide. Saw some Koalas and Kangaroos in the wild. A real treat!

A day well worth. Jay did a fine job of curating our tour. Along the Great Ocean Road, stunning cliffs and magnificent breakers. A stop at a rain forest and views of rolling hills and sheep farms. We saw two Koalas and kangaroos. The highlights for me were the scenic 12 Apostles and the Loch Ard. What really stood out was his incredible attention to detail. He seemed to know something interesting about almost every landmark we passed, even the smallest and most unexpected ones shared interesting stories about the region, ensured everyone was comfortable, and made the trip both enjoyable and informative. His enthusiasm and professionalism truly enhanced our experience.

Our driver and tour host Bill was great! Funny. Knowledgeable. He really added a lot of value to this tour. Pick up was easy to find and the coach was comfortable. The 12 Apostles and the coast was well worth the trip. The bonus sightings of Koalas and Kangaroos, thanks to Bill, were a treat. The only cons I have are : - You spend a lot of (too much?) time sitting in the coach. It’s a lot of driving. The stops end up being quite short out of necessity to make the schedule work. - And Bill has great taste in music but sometimes it got a little too loud where we were sitting. We never complained but I’m sure if we had he would have turned it down.

It was great to get a taster of the Great Ocean Road from this trip. It was a long day of travelling, but there were many highlights and lots of interesting information dispensed by our helpful guide, Steve. It was a good idea to get the long drive out of the way in the morning when we were all a bit fresher. It was great to spot some koalas on the side of the road. The subsequent inundation of tourist buses was a little insane and a reminder of the nature of mass tourism.

He was very knowledgeable and taught us so much, but what I appreciated most was how he personalized the experience and made the tour so much fun. He even surprised us with some lollies, dessert, and… unfortunately, Vegemite 😂. And his playlist was honestly the best part of the tour! 🎶 Amazing views, great vibes, and an awesome guide. Amazing experience! The guide was super cool and explained the history behind each place really clearly. The driving was safe, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and there was a toilet stop every hour, which was really convenient. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe throughout the trip. Highly recommended! 😊

Jay was our terrific tour leader. While there is plenty to see, Jay was always on the lookout for unique sights--such as koalas in the roadside trees or kangaroos hangling out on the hillsides--to stop for us to experience close up. With commentary full of history and humor, it was enjoyable day.

Great day out. Jay and Noel great hosts making sure the group got to see what they wanted from the experience. The rainforest walk not the best and waterfall was poor Nothing too much trouble. Tip I would give is sit on the right if doing this in reverse or the left if doing it the right way round

We were served by Anastasia who although didn’t know what Ceoliac disease was, she contacted her manager and arranged for my daughter’s food to be cooked seperately. Anastasia was friendly and helpful throughout our breakfast which was delicious and very good value for money.

Steve was an outstanding guide with personal attachment to the Great Ocean Road. A long day but worth it.

Steve was great! Managed our expectations pretty early on by being cheeky! There was never a dull moment considering it was 80% drive. He turned awkward situations (e.g. influencers not knowing limits, latecomers) into fun situations that in the end, there was harmony on the bus. Fun facts and true historical facts much appreciated, which we wouldn’t have known had we DIY’ed it. A one-day experience well worth it, thanks to Steve.

We went on a Great Ocean Road tour with guide Jay. I thought it would be a bit boring since it was such a long tour, but he drove safely and shared entertaining stories about Australia and animals along the way, so it wasn't boring at all! The weather was great, so I was able to fully appreciate the beautiful nature, including the coast and farms. Our guide took pictures of us at every photo spot, making for some wonderful memories. The restaurant he recommended was also delicious! Despite being a long Time, it went smoothly and I was very satisfied.

Today we had the good fortune of taking a tour with the inimitable Bill 🐨, along The Great Ocean Road featuring the 12 Apostles at sunrise. What a brilliant experience! Bill's' friendly banter and attention to the needs of his clients provided for an exceptionally memorable and informative experience. he managed time well, finding opportunities to stop to view Koala bears and kangaroos along the way. All-in-all a top drawer experience. A+++

Wonderful experience on the great ocean road with Bill as our tour guide. It was quite hot due to Mother Nature and Bill went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with water and air conditioning and plenty of bathroom breaks, while taking in all the beautiful sites along the Australian coast. The Bus was very comfortable and Modren.

Absolutely fantastic tour. We did the costal Drive, koala in the wild, walk at the rain forset, and Apostles bill was our tour guide and he really made our day. The pickup was super convenient, and we stopped for lunch when we got to the island. You have maybe 59 mins for lunch Georgies is the best option. The chicken schnitzel sandwich from Sunny Bakehouse was really good. The apistles helicopter was amazing they were so playful and the island and ride was gorgeous. Koala in wild was amazing too, you observe them living their natural lives, and we saw maybe 8 koalas. The forset walk was also gorgeous along with the drive. You have time for dinner at the at the anglesea which was pretty good. The drive by ocean of course was incredible. So cute, and very well regulated. Overall fantastic day tons of wildlife and Billwas an absolutely incredible guide providing us with commentary, and overall super friendly and great to talk to. Really made our day special.

10/10 tour! Guide was knowledgeable, funny, great photographer, included folklore and folk songs of Australias history that will leave you feeling fulfilled! This was my favorite experience of my trip we saw so many sights in reverse order so there were little to no crowds while we were there. I learned so much and saw so much more than I ever thought I would! well worth the booking and when i come back i would 100% book this again!

Joined the Great Ocean & 12 Apostles tour and was a great decision! I only had a day to spend outskirts of CBD and experience tours around melbourne provided just what I needed. The day started punctual with us leaving from the CBD to colac and pq2 Apistles after. Really grateful to have Jannes as our tour guide who looked out for us all the way, ensuring we feel comfortable on the ride. he provided a good balance of sights information, history as well as quiet time for us to rest on the bus. Really appreciate the clear instructions on time and meeting points as well as always looking out to ensure no one’s left behind. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family when they visit Melbourne. Thanks!

We had an amazing day on Great Ocean RD tour. Bill our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful the whole day through. It is an amazing experience and watching hundreds amazings views all aroubd was some experience. Do yourself a favour and pay for Helicopter Ride at 12 Apostles WELL worth the money for being amazed by the views. You can take photos until it gets dark, then just sit back abd enjoy . Just live in the moment and the experience. It's a long day but with a guide like Bill it doesn't seem like it. An amazing day. Thank you.

Be prepared for a long but rewarding day, not to be missed. Pack jacket as weather can be very changeable.

We had a really lovely Great Ocean Road tour and Steve made the whole day even better. He was funny, full of good old Aussie humour, and helped break the ice from the start, which made the trip feel relaxed and wholesome. He was very knowledgeable, gave great tips on good places to eat, and went above and beyond to help us spot kangaroos and koalas, which we were lucky enough to see. He also never made us feel rushed, which made the day much more enjoyable. A special mention as well for how well he organised the seating. He made sure a family of five could sit together, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can really tell he is honest and passionate about what he does. We were picked up on time at 7:00 am and returned around 6:30 pm, so the whole day was very well managed. One small recommendation: if you get motion sickness, definitely bring anti-nausea tablets because the bus ride can be a bit bumpy. Also, lowering or turning off the background music would make the ride more comfortable, especially for anyone sensitive to nausea, as the speakers were above our seats. That said, this is only a small suggestion and not a deterrent at all. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and I would definitely recommend it.

Long day but well worth it. Took the helicopter ride over the 12 apostles to top it all off. Driver "Joe" was full of stories and history for the area. Got to kangaroo's and koala's in the wild as well!
