-great list of things to do -broke up the driving so it didn’t feel like we weee driving long periods or stretch’s -gave great insight on what to do to maximize our time -might of been due to us sitting in the back of the bus but one would assume the driver might of been driving too quick -ac and WIFI worked as advertised -would recommend this trip to others -just note it is an all day event

Went on the Great Ocean Road trip with Cloe, our fun informative and professional guide and driver. The trip was comprehensive and well paced that allowed us to stop at several spots for the views, koala spotting and nature walks before the must see 12 Apostles! We had a great day out with Jono on the great ocean road tour despite the not so ”great” weather. Our guide was friendly and informative and managed not to lose any of our group along the way. It was a long day but we got to see lots of wonderful scenery although we had to wipe our Windows to keep the fog at a Minimum. We had plenty of stops so of you have a weak bladder don’t worry Jono has you covered. And we did not go hungry thanks to the gigantic complimentary muffins. Thanks Go West and Jono for a great day out!

a great day spent with Go West! our tour guide Tom drove us through all iconic spots which the great ocean road offers, was giving us history facts throughout our journey. We also had a wonderful walk in the rainforest and spotted wild koalas which can’t leave you indifferent. The scenery left us speechless!😍Absolute value of money, highly recommended this tour operator if you wanna get an unforgettable experience and observe all must-see spots!

The itinerary was very good. There are a couple of problems with their vans. 1st - it is a long day, there are no charging stations in the vans. Wi-fi need more bandwidth, when all 24 travelers ore trying to use wifi it is hit or miss whether you can connect. Without wifi cell phone is constantly using data roaming which drains the battery very quickly. No chrging station, no phone, no pictures later in the trip. Unless this changes would not recomend this trip unless you bring a battery back up. FYI - i have an I-phone 17 Pro Max.

David was a wonderful host. He made sure that passengers were enjoying themselves and gave extra time for us to explore places wherever possible. The complementary muffins were awesome. Would recommend this to other people for sure. The customer service of company is amazing too. They confirmed my booking (which I booked one night before ) the moment they hit their office hours in the morning and confirmed my pick up time promptly. Overall a wonderful experience.

She was kind, competent and a wonderful storyteller! We could listen to her for days. She was attentive to everyone on the tour, explained each step along the way, so we always knew what to expect. This tour included breathtaking views of the blue ocean, tall rainforest eucalyptus trees, wild koalas and kangaroos, wide sandy beaches and sprawling landscapes filled with sheep, cattle and horses, and so much more! Every stop along the way was amazing! Robbo knows the area well and did a great job keeping us entertained.

I loved the tour to the 12 Apostles! Michael is the best guide ever. He is so energetic and funny! I loved all the explanations he gave to us! Go West Tours are awesome! Today was an amazing day. It was a great tour. You see a lot of different things along the Great Ocean Road, from seaside towns to rainforests to the 12 Apostles. We saw a lot of local animals including koalas and kangarooos. The tour is long but went by quickly and was very well paced. Our guide, Lucy, was phenomenal - she provided a lot of interesting facts about each location and its culture and history. She also remembered everyone’s name and where they came from.

This was the best experience of all the excursions I’ve been on. Lucy made all the difference. She is a reservoir of knowledge. I was amazed time after time as she narrated our days Adventures. If you do anything at all when visiting Australia, this activity is a must do. You will not be disappointed.

This is my real personal experience. I am from Singapore. I’m so glad I joined the Go West Great Ocean Road Full Day Eco Tour, especially with Alisha as our guide. She is energetic, radiant, kind, and incredibly dependable. Her professionalism, knowledge, and excellent driving made the whole journey feel safe and enjoyable. What touched me most was her kindness when I lost my earphones. I accidentally left them behind while having lunch in Apollo Bay and only realised after we had driven away. I told Alisha, and she tried calling the restaurant for me, but no one answered. She later went out of her way to drive me back so I could find them. Getting my earphones back was a relief, but it was her willingness to help that truly warmed my heart. She was also wonderfully patient with everyone, giving us time and waiting when members of the group were running late. As a solo traveller, having such a caring and capable guide made me feel completely at ease. This was only my third day in Melbourne, and Alisha was the only local I had got to know. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better ambassador for this city. She left me with such a warm impression of Melbourne and its people. My experience with Alisha also gave me every confidence in Go West. I joined the Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles tour with Go West as a solo traveler, and it was wonderful. Our guide, Rhys, was absolutely incredible. He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and packed the whole drive with fascinating stories and hilarious Aussie humor. What truly impressed me was how Rhys brought the whole group together. Well, where do I start. A fantastic day from start to finish. Jacqueline the guide was excellent throughout. A 33year old Melbournian she is very familiar with great ocean road as her gran, uncle and aunt reside there. We got to see Anglesea, Torquay, and Apollo Bay but the real icing on the cake for me was going on the helicopter ride above the twelve apostles. We stopped for noodles on the way home. Saw kangaroos and koalas in the wild aswell. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

We were lucky to have Lucy as our guide, she is very friendly, knowledgeable…learned a lot about the history, cultures…she is so far the best tour guide I have had in Australia…the trip itself was very interesting with various stunning sightseeings, hiking, and wild life exploring…we saw koalas，kangaroo mob in the wild…super experience in a sunny day

I had a fantastic day on the Great Ocean Road with Go West and Jacqui, our guide. The tour provided a great snapshot of the breathtaking scenery of the area. Jacqui provided informative commentary, delivered in an interesting way. Her knowledge was extensive. She was also a fantastic driver! I took the option of the helicopter flight and Jacqui went out of her way to ensure we were able to fly. I would highly recommend this tour.

This tour packed everything into one day and more! There were lots of stop offs and places to see so it didn’t feel like you were seated in the bus for long periods at a time. So many highlights! Lunch in Apollo Bay, twelve apostles and seeing a Koala up so close in Maits Rest was so special. This was also a unique experience as apparently you never see Koalas at Maits Rest. A really enjoyable day and our guide Peter was great. We totally recommend if you don’t have the time to explore the great ocean road at a leisurely pace. You will see it all on this tour in the one day.

It’s a long day, but very rewarding. The booking process was easy, instructions clear, and the pickup was as scheduled. Itinerary was well paced with longest leg of the drive 2 hours - most were a bit over an hour. Our driver / guide was Jacqui - welcoming, energetic, who readily engaged with tour participants. Her commentary during the drive provided a historical perspective on what we were seeing on the journey. With a little luck, she may be your guide. You can review the trip itinerary but a few words on the twelve apostles and loch and gorge. Ensure you visit all lookout points at the twelve apostles and expect crowds. At the loch and gorge ensure you do the razorback lookout - amazing. I don’t understand why it doesn’t attract more marketing attention. Some feedback for the company. In this highly competitive tour market it might be time for a refresh of your vehicle fleet. Seats are cramped and having the first seat row behind driver higher than the rest in the minibus is not optimal. We left at 7:25 am, lunched in Apollo Bay ( good variety of restaurants), and returned to the hotel at 9:20 pm. A long memorable day that was over before we knew it. Time and money well spent.

It’s a day with full of discoveries of Australia. Some wonders of nature beauty and scenery 12 apostles and razorback the highlights and kept for last Buey our guide is very passionate and friendly. Bluey is the BEST tour guide ever. He is funny and caring which made our day even more beautifully. If I would come to Australia again, I definitely choose Go West to be my one day trip option.

What an amazing day. We were super apprehensive about booking such a long tour with a 3 year old. Chris Hill couldn't have make us feel more comfortable and welcome. My toddler was in absolute tantrum mode in the morning kicking and screaming in the hotel lobby. We had basically decided to cancel, but Chris showed a bit of empathy and a bit of patience, sure enough he was calm soon enough and actually caused absolutely no trouble the rest of the journey. There was no single stretch of very long drive with tons of breaks the day felt like it flew by and did not feel like we drove 500km.

The views were pretty but it was a long 14 hour day in a stuffy bus. The tour I would not agree is small group with a bus full of 24 people. There wasn't enough additional information from the tour guide to make this worth it rather than driving ourselves. A true small group experience like we've had in other excursions would have made this better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Great Ocean road trip. The scenery was spectacular and seeing koalas and kangaroos in their natural habitat was a bonus. Our guides James and Bill were extremely friendly and welcoming as well as being incredibly knowledgeable about each place we stopped. They were more than happy to answer the numerous questions they were asked. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending this tour. It was a memorable experience.

We had an amazing day exploring the Great Ocean Road with Go West, and our guide Budgie made the experience even better. Budgie was incredibly friendly, approachable, and caring from the very beginning. He had prepared a great playlist for the drive, which made the journey feel much more fun and relaxed. He clearly knows the Great Ocean Road extremely well and gave us lots of interesting information about the different stops, landmarks, and the area itself. The whole day felt well organised, and we were able to enjoy the scenery without feeling too rushed. What impressed us most was how kind Budgie was when my friend became carsick during the trip. Unfortunately, she vomited and made a mess in the vehicle, which we felt terrible about. Budgie was extremely understanding and handled the situation with so much patience. He helped clean everything up and was genuinely concerned about how my friend was feeling afterwards. His kindness made an embarrassing and stressful situation much easier for us, and we are very grateful to him. The Great Ocean Road itself was absolutely beautiful, and the tour was a great way to see so many highlights in one day. We had a really memorable experience and would definitely recommend Go West to anyone visiting Melbourne. A huge thank you to Budgie for being such a wonderful guide and for taking such good care of everyone throughout the day!

A long day but a great adventure. The Great Ocean Road is well worth the trip, and moves from beach communities often serving as get-aways from the big city to the magnificent cliffs and formations of the Twelve Apostles. Our guide Jai did a great job of guiding and driving us through the day — friendly, informative, calm, and attentive. Very glad I went.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Great Ocean Road on the 29th September, myself and my two teenage boys loved how enthusiastic our lovely host Raquel was in explaining all about the history and culture along the way. Raquel was very accommodating and helpful in all aspects during the tour. Raquel went out of her way to try and spot Koalas in the wild and was always up for a chat during the tour. We loved the chance to undergo a helicopter ride over the 12 Apostles which Raquel helped to book in advance before arriving at the main attraction of the day. Thanks for a great tour, loved it 🙌
