An unforgettable full-day adventure along the Great Ocean Road. Our guides Bill and Jaime kept the long drive engaging with great commentary and perfectly timed stops. The Twelve Apostles at golden hour were simply spectacular, and Loch Ard Gorge's dramatic cliffs and history were a close second. We loved the rainforest walk at Maits Rest and spotting koalas in the wild. The tour was well organised, comfortable, and never felt rushed. A must-do for any Melbourne visit. We'd do it again in a heartbeat. Book early — they sell out fast.

Absolutely amazing experience with Bob our driver and guide ensuring we had a great experience…giving us those extra 5-10 minutes without rushing us…He did make those extra stops to show us the kangaroos and wallabies

The experience was marvellous from the pick-up area till dropped off. To summarise, the tour was pretty awesome and was amazing but couldn’t be that good without our tour guide Sophia, she’s so positive and highly friendly, she made the experience unforgettable and extra ordinary. The energy she brought to the table was extra special. She got so many stories to tell and the positivity was contagious. The group was fun to be with and I met some new people from different background. I loved how engaging Sophia with the group and even help us out with photo taking especially for a solo traveller like me. The recommendation of the foods and restaurants was genuine. There is no dull moment in our trip except the time when we are heading back to CBD coz everyone were knackered. Highly recommended this trip and the tour guide, she’s had the biggest part why this trip was amazing. I reckon 5 star ⭐️ is not enough to justify the service they did. PS. I loved the free chocolate and Muffins

We were guided by our lovely Jono who made our experience absolutely unforgettable! Loved the trip more with his enthusiasm and great knowledge. He even managed to get us to see some koalas which was so nice of him.Get him a raise as he even provided us with swat cakes and teas/coffees. Had a great time, the weather was a bit bipolar but we managed and had fun anyways so all good!

Wonderful day. Lucy was a terrific driver, guide, time keeper and host! She made the long bus ride enjoyable and the end result of a fabulous sunset at 12 Apostles was magnificent. We had bilingual guests and a very diverse group of 20 - Lucy juggled all the challenges of that with grace, humour and fun.
20 years ago, we attempted to drive out to the 12 Apostles with our then 18 month old daughter. We got halfway, at best, due to the twists and turns of the Great Ocean Road. So, my wife and I decided this time that we'd take a guided tour and well, we were so impressed and happy that we chose this route. Our guide, Bob, was the nicest and friendliest gentlemen to spend the day with in the coach. He knew all of the sites and stops along the way, found key spots to take great photos, see nature in all of it's beauty, and at the same time, we could tell that he enjoyed every bit of the time spent with us and the other coachmates. The coach itself was comfortable, seat wise, the food choices at the lunch and dinner spots were plentiful, and everyone got excited near the end of the trip when we came upon a field with some 18-20 kangaroos to be seen, a exclamation point to a great day out! Highly recommend booking with them, and if possible, ask for Bob to be the guide!

We had a bus of about 25 people for our all-day adventure. It was an outstanding experience seeing sights and stops all over the southern coast of Australia.
Our tour guide Lucy was amazing, very knowledgeable of the area and made the day so fun! We got picked up at around 7am and arrived back at 9pm so a very long day but definitely worth it and would recommend! Very organised tour, and Lucy even spotted some Koala’s and Kangaroos which we got to see which was amazing!!
Highly overrated tour: there are many places around the globe with much better views. Other than that: too many people mostly from asian countries, dirty toilets in all places we stopped, overpriced basic meals. Our driver/tour guide only provided basic information.

We had a fabulous time with our super lovely and knowledgeable tourguide Jono. He was super nice and caring. He spotted even wild koalas for us. The landscape and scenery is absolutely magical. We liked the razor back cliffs more though than the twelve apostles on this tour.
