A wonderful place to stay during the holidays. The location offers easy access to food, bars, public transport/trams, and is conveniently close to the CBD. There is plenty of parking available, and the property is always kept clean and well‑maintained. The highlight is the beautiful river view and the safe, welcoming environment throughout the stay

We are returning for our family reunion for the second consecutive year. The apartment offers ample space and is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Its convenient location provides easy access to trams, restaurants, cafes, and DFO outlets. Furthermore, a short tram ride will bring you to Flinders Street. Could not fault this place. Spacious apartment with pool, spa, and sauna in the building. There are plenty of food options surrounding the building, and the DFO and 5 minute walk. 10 minutes to Crown. 15-minute walk to Marvel. Tram station is a few minutes' walk, which is free and takes you into the city and Flinders St station. The best place for breakfast is a 2 minute walk (80m) inside the world trade centre. Bottom floor Cafe. The Crown food court is a cheap place for lunch or dinner, There's heaps of bars and restaurants on the waterfront. The boatshed had good burgers. The Melbourne Publc had all the sports channels, but expensive pints. ($17). If checking in after hours, read your email for instructions. Saves a bit of confusion. Excellent stay and friendly staff.

It’s a fabulous view from the window of apartment. We arrived by Sunday morning, staff very friendly n helpful to offer us early check in. The location is very convenience n free tram is nearby. Walking distance to convention center, Outlet and South Melbourne Market.
