So grateful for such a memorable stay at voco Melbourne Central while visiting Melbourne for Fashion Week! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to get around. The hotel is beautiful, the amenities are lovely, and the breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight of our stay! The staff and customer service were exceptional throughout. A big thank you to Navina for her beautiful, joyful energy and for making us feel so welcome with her warm greetings each day. A special thank you to Mia as well for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was such a wonderful experience. Their kindness and attention to detail really made our time at voco extra special. I highly recommend voco Melbourne Central to anyone visiting Melbourne and would love to stay again next time I'm in town!

Great location, but hotel is poorly maintained—not recommended. Pros: * Convenient, central location. Cons: * Room Condition: Dated, dusty, and worn down. Cabinet door wouldn't shut; bathroom is tiny and cramped with an impractical layout. * Housekeeping: Substandard. They swapped towels but didn't bother vacuuming, leaving the room dirty throughout the stay. * Service & Delivery: Extremely slow and unpleasant. Basic amenity requests required three phone calls and an hour-long wait, only for staff to deliver them with an unfriendly attitude. * Value: Unjustifiable summer price spikes for this level of service and maintenance. Location alone doesn't justify the cost. This by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in Melbourne
Great experience! Warm welcome and check in by Hong was smooth and efficient! Room was clean and had a nice "industrial" view. Had a restful sleep as the bed was super comfortable. Didn't have breakfast but the ambience, view and food presentation was fantastic. Check out by Nevina was again efficient and friendly, she stored my luggage and was very obliging. definitely will be back! Highly recommended.
My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. Absolutely loved it. All the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect for your stay. The amenities make everything a dream - from the bed through to the standalone bath, ensuite fittings through to in-room coffee machine. Robes and slippers available on request. Love the added touch of sparkling water you can take up to your room whenever you like. And then there's the buffet brekky which was just brilliant - hot food, cold food, pastries, pastramis, fruit, juice and coffee, all you could want! Loved how close it is to Melbourne Central and all the food. Will be coming back for sure and next time hopefully I can try the pool and gym.

Every stay, we’re welcomed with genuine warmth and made to feel valued. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and that level of service is one of the biggest reasons we continue to choose this hotel over so many others. The location is another huge advantage. It’s perfectly positioned in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk almost everywhere while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this one just gets it right. It’s consistently excellent, and every visit reminds us why it’s our first choice whenever we’re in Melbourne. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
