We had the most magical four nights here for our wedding. We had our reception next door at Botanical Hotel, the location is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the staff really went above and beyond during our stay and we felt right at home! Our suite was gorgeous and we loved the bath looking at the gardens. Thank you so much to Gerard, Isabelle and Scarlett. It was such a wonderful way to celebrate this exciting time and we cannot wait to come back again for our anniversary. 🤍
We spent a week at United Places, and had a really wonderful stay. The staff, especially Bram and Deveyn, were so helpful and responsive, helping us with all requests. The suite was very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, allowing us to self cater when we wanted, and to do laundry. We really enjoyed our time there, and would highly recommend. We will definitely return!
This was my second time staying at United Places, and it was just as perfect as the first! Every staff member is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, and has everything you need — the in-room dining service makes the whole experience so effortless and enjoyable. The modern minimalist design gives such a calm and peaceful feeling, and it’s super quiet (except for the occasional water sound from upstairs). The location is unbeatable — right by the Royal Botanic Gardens, and I highly recommend taking a slow walk from there to the city center. It’s such a beautiful way to enjoy nature and Melbourne’s unique charm. Huge thanks to the whole team — you made my stay in Melbourne truly next level. Whenever I visit again, United Places will definitely be my first choice.
I had the most amazing experience staying here. I was there with a group for work travel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Each morning we had a pastry bag and coffee straight to the room. The location was wonderful, right across from the botanical gardens that had the most amazing walking paths. We were amidst a long work travel stretch so the laundry in unit was perfect. Would stay here any and every time I travel to Melbourne!
We stayed here for three nights as a family of four during our stay in Melbourne. The room was spacious, with a sophisticated interior and functionality, and the view from the large window overlooking the Botanic Gardens was truly luxurious. It was clean down to the last detail, and the furnishings and amenities were of high quality. Even before our stay, we had polite email correspondence, and we received immediate and heartfelt replies to our minor concerns, such as restaurant reservations, parking information, and access to the hotel, so we were able to depart with peace of mind. During our stay, the hospitality of the staff was truly wonderful, and even though we are not fluent in English, they always treated us with a smile and consideration, so we didn't feel any language barrier at all. What particularly impressed me was that they prepared breakfast in our room in advance in time for our early morning departure. They also perfectly arranged a taxi to carry our family's luggage, including four large suitcases, to suit our desired time. The location is excellent, and although it is in a lush environment, it is also easily accessible to the city center by tram. We were able to spend a truly relaxing time in a quiet and calm atmosphere. This is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
