Stayed at this particular location a few times now and every time I've had a pleasant experience. Rooms were always top tier clean , close to trams, marvel stadium and other things. The staff l were friendly and very helpful even allowing me to store my bags after checkout so I could explore Melbourne prior to leaving. Happy to stay here more in the future

Certainly more 3 star accommodation than 4, passable/ok'ish for the price. When I book a Standard King Room, I expect better than 2 singles pushed together with differing heights. The breakfast is stated as a restaurant, but experience is much more like a cafeteria and similar food selection. Door locks twice required waiting for staff to unlock due to unlabelled 'privacy' latch inside that locks you out of your room.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, dark room, cozy bed. The location is great, parking was very easy, and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed the yummy buffet breakfast this morning, with plenty of options: bacon and eggs, yogurt, baked beans, etc. The coffee machine was easy to navigate. Thank you for having us.
Just recently stayed here with my bestie for a girls trip away, it being my first time in Melbourne. The staff were accommodating and the place was quite lovely inside. We had some really cool views from our floor, as well as our room, looking out on the city scape. The room was quaint but more than enough for both of us, featuring twin beds, coffee making facilities, a fridge and microwave. It was clean and tidy. As part of our stay, we were treated to buffet breakfast each morning which was very tasty. I loved the wall designs that sectioned each seating spots. The location was quite ideal too, not far from shops, places to eat or Southern Cross for transport being in the CBD. I'd like to stay here again for sure.
I have stayed here twice now. The location is perfect. Very close to southern Cross station and marvel stadium. Rooms are large and feel quiet. Desk/table, a couple chairs, small couch as well as microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom is fine. Clean, good waterpressure, decent amenities, just not flashy. The biggest thing that lets the rooms down is the beds. King singles pushed together. This time one was even higher then the other! You are always rolling into the gap between the two. Not a great bed for sharing. Plenty of good pillows though so that is good. Price is good though for the location and if you book direct and are a member it is even cheaper. Would stay again if the price was right.
