Do not be fooled by the appealing listing photos.
This place is in the middle of the slums, and makes you deeply question the 4 star rating. If not labeled with hotel, many would assume it is a brothel.
Service is miserable and borderline intolerable.
Had to cancel and book at a different hotel(Marriott btw for cheaper) upon arrival due to no reception and terrible organisation from ‘the town apartments’
No uber access whatsoever either
Please stay here if you are an enthusiast for a miserable night. Would be easier to organise brian surgery.

I had a good stay overall. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very kind with clear and helpful communication throughout my stay. The location is great, with everything nearby and easily accessible.
There was some noise at night, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs, which made a big difference. The bed was clean and comfortable, though a bit firm.
Overall, a pleasant experience and I would consider staying again.
Absolute value for money!
I was blown away by how deceptive the photos are compared to the actual apartments themselves. Large rooms. Comfortable beds, cute little kitchen. Comfortable sized couch. And great location to absolutely everything that you need in the CBD.
I cannot wait to stay there again and again and again
Location was amazing, short walk to everything we wanted to go ro.
Rooms were clean and neat, comfy bed.
Needs another face washer but plenty of spare towels. Maybe some larger long life milks rather than the little plane ones, but only suggestions... was enough for us.
Why I didn't give 5 stars... hard to understand the lady for check in and took 10 minutes of calling to get an answer, then once we finally got to the room the door to get in was terrible. Pin code for the door was cheap and had to hold the door handle a certain was to get in. That was really the only thing that made the stay not 5 star.
Yes it was above a night club but ear plugs were offered and was fine.
Tram was close and easily accessible.

Bookings easy and Customer service friendly, professional and easy to deal with.
Rooms are old and warn, in need of updating and slight maintenance yet presented reasonably well presented with a somewhat modern look.
The bed in the main was extremely comfortable but the double was said not to be as such.
Ear plugs are offered, free in the apartment due to what we imagined was due to the bustling party bar/location, only a few mtrs from the building, which I remember reading about in previous reviews...but to be honest, the noise was not as bad as some make out to be ...we got sleep no problem at all (once over the jealousy of not being able to a part of said amazing party! 😄)
