We had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, celebrating my 40th birthday! Everything we requested was organised perfectly, and the service, staff, and beautiful location were exceptional. A special thank you to Sabiha for the lovely surprise, beautiful birthday card, and cake. She made the experience so personal and looked after me throughout with such warmth and kindness. ❤️ Thank you also to Lee, Deyon, and the entire team for the wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. You made my 40th birthday truly memorable. Highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne for a special occasion!

Brunch in the sky for 28 guests absolutely superb food service drinks views thx Julian, top notch! Stayed on 76th floor panoramic two double beds Magic! Cocktail bar 80th floor to see sunset amazing! Thx for the theatricals from waitress for Victoria! Bfast next morning scrumptious! Again excellent service! Soaked in pool for an hour looking out over the bay hypnotic, soak in the bath before I left! So zenned out! Cannot thank you enough Ritz Carlton best Hotel ever! Will def be back! Worth every cent and all my guests raved about the Brunch also amazing! ❤️❤️

Exceptional Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne Ada and I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne. Having spent many years in luxury hospitality myself, I naturally appreciate the finer details and this hotel genuinely impressed us. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Ralph, who assisted us with our luggage, has such a wonderful, warm personality and immediately made us feel at home. What stood out was his genuine willingness to go the extra mile. On departure, when our taxi was waiting at a different location, Ralph simply told us to relax while he went to find the driver and arranged for the car to come directly to the hotel entrance. A small gesture perhaps, but one that perfectly reflects the care and emotional connection that make hospitality so special. A very special mention also goes to Emily, the Guest Relations Manager. Her thoughtful communication even before our arrival set the tone for our entire stay. The personal touches, genuine interest in us and attention to detail made our visit feel truly special. Emilie has a wonderful ability to combine professionalism with genuine warmth, creating a personal connection that never feels forced. Her thoughtfulness made a lasting impression on both of us. The hotel itself is stunning, but what really made this stay exceptional was the people. Beautiful surroundings and facilities are expected at this level, but it’s the genuine human connections, thoughtful gestures and feeling of being personally cared for that define true luxury hospitality. Thank you to the entire team, particularly Ralph and Emily, for making our time in Melbourne so memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very much look forward to returning. Duncan & Ada

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne as a family and absolutely loved our experience. It is certainly on the expensive side, but the views from the upper floors are truly spectacular — easily some of the best views I’ve experienced in Melbourne. At night, the sky was filled with stars, and the view was so beautiful that we left the blinds open while we slept. The room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the bed and pillows and had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. The bathroom was another highlight — being able to open the doors and enjoy the view from the bathtub made it feel extra special. Room service was excellent, and the breakfast was also very high quality. Everything about the stay felt relaxing and memorable. Definitely a hotel I would love to stay at again.
