Didn't have hot water in the shower, went to ask, I had to run it for 6 minutes for it to heat up. Rooms in a general state of disrepair. Questionable cleaning. Takes ages for them to return your deposit.

I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. It looks like an old motel that has been slightly renovated, but it still feels dated and not very clean. First of all, access to the rooms is from the outside, and all the rooms are lined up next to each other with poor insulation you can hear everything. Then, I found hair in the shower and an empty toilet paper roll on the floor next to the toilet. It might seem like a small detail, but even the tap had visible fingerprints on it, and there was a thick layer of dust on the fan inside the shower, which shows the cleaning wasn’t done properly.
Dear Radisson Customer Service, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about my recent stay at your property, which was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected of the Radisson brand. The issues I experienced included: • The rooms looked nothing like the advertised photos. The property appears to be an old motel converted, not a proper Radisson hotel. • No shower screen, outdated 1970s-style toilet seats, a non-functioning shower exhaust, and mould on the bathroom tiles. • Towels provided were old and worn. • The swimming pool area was mouldy and not maintained. • Breakfast was advertised as included, but it was not prepared on-site and clearly brought in from elsewhere, which is misleading. • Drinking water was not available in the rooms. • I stayed for 4 nights, and for 3 of those nights, the only lift in the entire property was not working, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, the facilities and conditions did not reflect Radisson’s promised standards. I specifically chose your brand for quality and reliability, but my experience was closer to that of a low-grade motel than a reputable international hotel.
For the price, honestly pretty incredible? Comfy beds, solid service, quiet room. Our only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was very, very low. But honestly for a short stay even that was manageable. Would almost certainly stay again!
This accommodation is currently undergoing renovations, yet it remains open to guests. While it’s understandable that upgrades can take time, the renovation process here seems to be dragging on far longer than expected. Staff are friendly. It would be great to have no smoking rooms as the room smells of cigarettes. The works are very noticeable, and the ongoing construction detracts from the overall experience — both in terms of aesthetics and comfort. That said, it's worth noting that the hotel is still doing its best to accommodate visitors despite the disruptions. Parking is a definite plus at this location. There’s ample space, and it's easy to access, which makes checking in and out relatively hassle-free. The property is also incredibly well-situated — one of its strongest assets. With tram stops right at the front door, getting into the city or around the local area is incredibly convenient. For those relying on public transport, the location alone is a major selling point. As for the rooms, they are functional but very basic. Everything seems to operate at the bare minimum level — beds, bathrooms, and general amenities are serviceable, but nothing really stands out as impressive. It feels like the focus is on utility rather than comfort or style. This might be acceptable for a short stay or for travelers prioritizing budget and location over luxury. There is potential here, and if the renovations are eventually completed and done well, this property could be a genuinely attractive place to stay. Until then, it’s best described as a no-frills option in a great location — one that could greatly improve with time and attention to detail.
