We cannot thank the team at Eminence Apartments Hotel enough for their kindness and compassion during one of the most difficult times in our lives. We travelled to Melbourne urgently due to a family emergency, and what was meant to be a short stay quickly turned into an extended one while we organised a funeral. From the moment we arrived, every staff member treated us with genuine care, empathy and understanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate our changing circumstances, making an incredibly stressful and emotional time just that little bit easier. Their warmth and compassion will never be forgotten, and for that we are forever grateful. The location is excellent, the apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed, allowing us to focus on being with our family rather than worrying about accommodation. We sincerely hope that the next time we stay at Eminence Apartments Hotel it will be under much happier circumstances, because we genuinely wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality and for showing such kindness when we needed it most.

I had a wonderful stay with my family at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent conveniently situated near the town area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thank you to Salina. She was really helpful.

Privacy is a huge issue here. If your apartment faces another building and you don't keep the curtains closed, people can clearly see into your bedroom and living room. If you can't confirm the room orientation before booking, I'd recommend choosing another hotel. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, but the layout is really poorly designed. For example, when you open the kitchen cupboard, it blocks your way to the stove. The bathroom is also very small, and the shower doesn't have a proper splash barrier, so water gets everywhere. This isn't a traditional hotel—it's more like an Airbnb-style apartment. There's no full hotel service, so if you're visiting Australia for the first time, it might be a bit inconvenient.That said, if you're ready to start an adventure, this might just be the place for you.

I've stayed at The Eminence Apartments by CLLIX twice. I really enjoyed my stay here, the staffs are professional, especially Gia My. The location is good too, 2-min walk from the tram on Swanton St. nearby many restaurants and groceries like Aldi, Local Grocer. The room is very spacious, nice decoration and cosy with balcony. Highly recommended!
