My visit to St Kilda Central Apartment Hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It is so rare to find a place that truly cares about its customers. The level of customer service here is just exceptional. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely seem to care about providing a great experience for everyone. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Outstanding job, highly recommended to everyone in Melbourne!
Dear St Kilda Central Apartment team, It was quick and easy check in then room seems to be a nice and clean with patio with a table with chairs facing courtyard.... Noise was a bit noticeable then.... I had severe allergic reaction first time in my life after switching air-conditioning at night for hearing! Please clean your air-conditioning system asap. It was 113S I've had cat allergy once in my life before and it wasn't this bad. Please clean it. Otherwise I would give a good score. Thank you
A good location but a very poor experience compounded by a complete lack of accountability by management. We stayed in a two room apartment for three nights. The apartment was poorly maintained with issues such as lights not working, bathroom door poorly fitted which meant our younger child got trapped in the bathroom a couple of times and the dishwasher didn’t work and leaked. We also didn't have sufficient cutlery or crockery supplied for our family of 4. Reception hours are limited on weekends so it wasn’t possible to raise these issues during our stay. When I emailed after to highlight how poor our stay was, I received a fairly dismissive response essentially saying that as we didn’t report the issues it wasn’t their problem. We’ve stayed in a lot of places around Australia, including several 2 or 3 star motels and this was one of the worst experiences. I hope our stay is not indicative of the general state of the apartments, but we won’t be staying again to find out.
It was convenient for our trip. Room was small studio and not really 4.5 star. Needs refurbishing. Wardrobe doors could not fully open without hitting bar fridge which was in wardrobe. Cracked bathroom sink. Service was friendly and polite and it was not over-priced.
An extraordinary stay for my elderly parents! They stayed in a one-bedroom apartment from 22 Apr to 13 May to visit my grandmother, and the Manager, Jamie, went above and beyond. Her friendly, caring, and exceptional service made their trip to Melbourne truly memorable and stress-free. The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with great facilities. My parents did find that the bedroom could get a bit warm at night since the air conditioning and windows are only in the living room, but this was just a small detail in an otherwise wonderful stay. Service throughout was incredibly efficient. Thank you, Jamie, for looking after them so beautifully!
