We loved staying here. Staff are fantastic extremely helpful even to helping take our suitcases up to our rooms. Had a family emergency and they made sure everything went OK. When booking in was asked why staying told them and they left a fantastic note and when leaving enquired how my daughters performance went. 5 stars isn't enough
Great place in South Yarra. Comfy bed, great kitchen and not far from the main drag. Highly recommended. They do charge a $250 bond
Great hospitality at check in. Staff was so nice and polite :) One of the staff came in to our room without knocking 5 minutes after we arrived though. Not sure what happened but no big deal. Loved the room, and the fact it was pet friendly without charging huge pet fee was much appreciated . Not a lot of hotels offer those prices, specially being in the heart of south Yarra. Everything was clean and as described. The only thing no very practical is the shelf above the bathroom sink. It makes the access to the tap impossible when brushing your teeth. Parking was perfect and instructions pretty spot on so thank you!
We had a lovely two night stay at SoYa on Davis.. the location is the best with lots of places to eat and shop. The young man on reception was a most courteous and helpful receptionist we have encountered.. made our check in very easy even offering to help with luggage. Highly recommend.
Great little spot for convenience. The team were super helpful and accommodating, from the minute we entered to when we left. Perfect quiet location close to trams and trains and cafes. I wish I knew that the rooms were a bit older and their other location is much more modern. It's a renovated boutique apartment complex, but details have been spared in the process. Clean premise however which makes everything comfortable and private.
