Radisson On Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne

I recently stayed at the Flagstaff Gardens Hotel again I have stayed here many times and had a really great experience overall. The hotel itself is well presented, comfortable, and in a great location considering the age, especially if you want easy access to the city while still being close to the park. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. A standout for me was the restaurant, which is run exceptionally well by Peter who has been here for many years. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in how the place operates. The service was smooth, welcoming, and professional without feeling over the top. Everything ran efficiently, and the team seemed well organised and genuinely attentive with Peter watching them. The food was also excellent, with a good variety and consistently high quality. It’s clear that what works here is although the hotel is older and they are going to renovate. Its the staff like Peter and Michka on the front desk who have been there for decades know what the clients want and know how to treat there customers. As a regular business traveller, I would suggest that the management team listen and take notes from the long standing staff and there ideas. Its the staff like them that is why we choose to keep coming back.
