If this is 4 Star rated hotel, I am Elon Musk. The room is small and has a funky smell to it. Air conditioning makes noise but no cool air. You can hear all the noise from the street below. The one thing that was funny was You can hear people having fun on the other room pretty clearly. All in all the worst hotel I have been to and i have been to some really remote ones that require you to walk for a whole day up the hills Would not recommend

Good location, nice staff, rooms are ok. Can be a little noisey (maybe not soundproofed enough from the outside world) was disappointed to find the rooftop bar shut on Sundays. We would stay again, was good value for money.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at The Quincy hotel Melbourne. The room was incredibly small and felt claustrophobic. The layout is poorly designed, with the makeup mirror positioned behind the wall-mounted soap dispenser’s making it impossible to use properly. The room was also overwhelmed by a strong artificial fragrance that I found unpleasant and overpowering. Being located on one of the lower floors meant there was significant noise, particularly from the garbage collection, with bins being emptied and crashing around during the night. Even basic practicalities were overlooked. There was only one very small bin located beside the toilet, which was expected to be used for all rubbish in the room. The biggest issue, however, was the heating. On my first night the room was freezing. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the heater to work, adjusting every setting and waiting for it to warm up, but it only blew cold air. The following morning I reported the problem. I was told the heater had been “reset” and later received a text message advising it was fixed. When I returned that evening, it was immediately obvious that it had not been checked, as it was still blowing cold air. I then tried calling reception from the room several times without an answer before having to go downstairs. Once again, I was told the heater had been reset. It still didn’t work. As it was late and I was exhausted, I simply asked for an extra blanket so I could get some sleep. Despite four separate requests, the blanket never arrived. What disappointed me most wasn’t that the heater was faulty—these things happen. It was the complete lack of follow-through. Nobody came to inspect the heater, nobody offered to move me to another room, and nobody delivered the blanket they repeatedly promised. I’ve stayed in many hotels and rarely leave negative reviews, but basic expectations such as having a warm room and receiving assistance when something goes wrong should not be difficult to meet. Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve experienced
Stayed here on 02 June for one night and had a really nice experience. The reception staff Mitch, was super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. We also got complimentary early check-in, which was a great bonus. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the Yarra River. Breakfast from the a la carte menu was delicious and the restaurant staff were great too. There’s a nice pool area, and the location is very convenient close to the city and Southern Cross Station. Overall a great stay with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
Convenient and comfortable with good service. Check-in was smoothe. Our room was clean and comfortable. During our stay we went to ask the concierge for more body wash in the shower and they said they would send someone straight up. Before I could even sit down, they were at the door with more soap. I was very impressed. The room was pretty great - however the vanity mirror is positioned in a way that is borderline unusable. We were on floor 14 and were not subjected to any outside noise. The location was convenient. Didn’t feel any more dangerous than the rest of the city, as others have mentioned. We didn’t use the facilities like the Salted Egg restaurant or the cocktail lounge but did go look at the pool (it’s smaller than you imagine) The reviews I read had me worried. I was expecting a dirty, noisy hotel. That’s not what we got. We had an extremely pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel as a great value stay and would happily visit again.
