Quest Werribee

We had such a lovely stay at Quest Werribee. Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was absolutely immaculate, beautifully clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable for the five of us. We all slept so well and genuinely felt at home during our stay. We had also requested an early check-in, and were so grateful to be advised that morning that they were able to accommodate us. It made such a difference to our day and was very much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the whole experience was easy and welcoming from start to finish. Thank you to the team at Quest Werribee for taking such great care of us. We would happily stay again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Werribee.

I stayed 9 weeks due to working training and it felt like I was at home. Every little detail was covered by the staff team. I was a great experience indeed. Thank you so much guys to made me feel at home!!

I have stayed at quest werribe previously Acomadation was satisfactory for the price. I've re booked another stay and my sircumstanes have changed. I was surprised to find there are no cancelations available on designated bookings also the pet freindly promotion they use is deceiving at best. If you turn up with your pet you will be charged an extra $300 fee on top of your room rate. You may also be charged an upfront fee as a bond type arrangement. These facts should be made clear on booking sites and on Quest site. This will be my last stay at Quest. I've always found staff to be helpful and freindly. This is a management level arrangement.

Very disappointed with the way this hotel handled my booking. I informed them about the cancellation more than 48 hours in advance and never even stayed at the property, yet I was still charged the full amount. A reasonable level of customer service and flexibility would have been appreciated, especially when adequate notice was given. Instead, the experience felt unfair and purely money-focused. Would strongly recommend future guests read the cancellation policy very carefully before booking.
