We recently stayed at Quest Southbank in a two bedroom apartment with two adults and two children, and it was perfect for our family.
The apartment had plenty of room for everyone and having two bedrooms made travelling with children so much easier, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were all lovely and very helpful throughout our stay, which always makes a difference.
The location was also great and made it easy to get around and explore. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Fantastic stay at Quest Southbank! The location is absolutely perfect & close to Southbank, the Arts Centre, CBD and plenty of great restaurants and attractions, making it really easy to get around Melbourne on foot.
The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and really well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were excellent! My family and I had a wonderful stay at Quest Southbank, and I especially want to thank Dominic for his exceptional customer service. After I checked out, I realised I'd accidentally left some belongings in my room. Dominic personally went out of his way to locate my items, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even arranged to have them posted back to me.
His communication, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. It was truly outstanding service and very much appreciated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Quest apartments Southbank. The room was lovely, very clean, comfortable and plenty of space in our 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. We dealt with 3 different reception staff during our stay and their customer service was exceptional. They were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful and we appreciated being able to drop the car and luggage off earlier than check in and leave it there a little longer after check out. Location is superb. Short walk to Southbank and the City. I would highly recommend Quest Southbank and we will definitely be back.
Had the absolute pleasure of staying here for a couple of nights! My stay was faultless! The apartments were spotlessly clean, light filled with ample space. Convenient location walking distance to all the things! Beautiful cafe downstairs next door for a fab and delicious breakfast!
