Would give 4.5 as few minor issues with the room but closer to 5 than 4.
Was over Christmas and so no onsite food but had chargeback from nearby restaurants, and meant it was very quiet as no-one working in the surrounding industrial estate.
Parking undercover and secure in set spot so that was good.
Rooms very modern and well laid out with good kitchenette, clothes washer and dryer worked well.
Beds comfortable.
Staff very helpful and room servicing all good.
So all in all very good if you're staying for a week and heading out a lot to visit family or a convention and are happy to look after yourself for food.
Stayed here for work, nice rooms and good service. Shout out to Carl who helped me with some belongings I left in the room - made the process for sending back to me very easy and seamless. Will definitely stay again.
We were warmly served by Mr Carl at reception who provided excellent services throughout our stay. It's rare such attitude exists against the backdrop of a cooling economy and everybody working to their bones. I myself suffer from RBF syndrome so colored me impressed for providing this level of service.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, creating a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. While travelling with a family can often be expensive, the pricing here was very affordable, which made the experience even better.
Quest Notting Hill is one of those places that truly feels like home to me. I’ve stayed here for one to two months during several visits, and the experience has been consistently excellent.
The building and rooms are well designed, clean, spacious, and airy, with balconies that face the Dandenong Ranges in the distance. The apartments have smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and a full kitchen that makes longer stays really convenient.
The service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The location is perfect, right next to Monash University, within a quiet business park that remains peaceful throughout the day. The basement parking is very convenient, and although there is some construction nearby at the moment, the rooms are well soundproofed, so it is barely noticeable.
Overall, it is a comfortable, modern, and well-maintained place that feels more like a home than a hotel. I will definitely be staying here again!
