Quest Newquay

We were recently gifted a 2 night stay at quest new quay docklands, went in with no expectations but was pleasantly surprised, our room view was magical, especially at night with the beautiful Melbourne star lit up. It is conveniently situated near the docklands district, which offers so much to do, art vo, Archie brothers, hoyts movies ect. So many food options all within walking distance. The apartments itself was clean and a perfect little space for our family to enjoy a few nights get away. The team at quest new quay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, stress free and perfect. A huge thank you to Matt and his team, so professional, helpful, and thoughtful 👏 👏👏 Even though we were gifted this stay, we will happily come back and pay ourselves to stay again.

My younger sister and I stayed here for Alex Warren and it was honestly the best stay we’ve ever had in Melbourne! From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed so kindly and made to feel comfortable straight away. The check-in process was so easy and completely hassle-free. We felt incredibly safe throughout our stay, and the rooms were amazing, especially for the price you pay. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking again! Another huge bonus is that the City Circle tram runs right behind the accommodation, making getting into the city so easy and convenient. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved it.

There was no soap in the bathroom didn’t realise until I got in the shower.took ages to get to pillows delivered to our room other than that it was pretty good . and we put drinks in that in the fridge and went out and come back and realise that the fridge wasn’t even plugged in but the view from our room was fantastic. Definitely stay there again.

Stayed in a One Bedroom Executive Apartment and was able to check in 30 minutes early, which was appreciated. The staff member at the desk was very friendly and helpful and gave me a bottle of water. Upon arrival in my room, I was greeted with a personalised message and snacks/water. Thank you, it was appreciated. The room was spacious and extremely clean/tidy. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Fantastic water pressure and hot water. The view of the Docklands via the balcony was great. My only drawback, and I have highlighted this previously, is that for a One Bedroom Executive Apartment I would expect one extra-large double bed as advertised, but two separate single beds pushed together are supplied, which split apart during the night as you roll over in bed. This is disappointing. It means during the night your sleep suffers. I had to ask service staff to re-make my bed only after one night to stop the bed spitting immediately upon getting on the bed again.
