⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot thank the wonderful team at Quest Narre Warren enough. My baby and I are incredibly grateful for the kindness, care and support we received during our stay. 🥰 A very special thank you to Luca and Ben — you two are absolute legends! ❤️ You always listened to my requests, made sure we were comfortable, and genuinely made me feel like I had people around me that I could talk to. I also want to give a huge thank you to Gardenia and Nora, who are just as amazing. 🌹❤️ The entire team is filled with such lovely, caring and respectful people. What meant the most to me was how everyone treated my baby and me like family. We never felt like we were simply guests staying at a hotel. The warmth, patience and kindness we were shown made such a difference to us, and it is something I will always remember. To Luca, Ben, Gardenia, Nora and the entire Quest Narre Warren team — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are all legends, and my baby and I will forever be grateful for the way you welcomed and cared for us. Stayed here in February 2026 for a week. Room was lovely and clean. Didn’t like the shower in the bath I slipped and smashed my leg on the tiled edge of bath while getting in. Has washing and dryer in room which was fantastic. Our room was backing onto school and church so woken up early every day and at night all young ones gathered in church car park yelling, laughing and screaming out. All the staff were lovely. Outdoor area had no chairs. I did ask a worker on day 3 or 4 and she grabbed me a couple. Great location.

Very convenient location. Easy comfortable apartment. Adele at reception was absolutely wonderful and made me feel very welcome. Went above and beyond to accommodate my earlier than anticipated arrival.

I organised for one of our team members to stay here for the night. Ben was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our communication. He kindly stayed back to ensure that one of our team member’s training kits was safely received at the hotel lobby, which we greatly appreciated. His willingness to go the extra mile demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for our team’s needs. Thank you, Ben, for your outstanding support.
